为加强中俄两国毗邻地区文化和旅游交流，助力2022年北京冬奥会，中俄双方联合举办“中俄双子城共庆中国年”暨2021黑龙江—阿穆尔“欢乐春节”线上活动。

In order to strengthen the cultural and tourism exchanges between China and Russia's neighboring regions and help the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, China and Russia jointly held the online activities of "China Year celebrations in China and Russia's twin cities" and "happy Spring Festival" between Heilongjiang and Amur in 2021.

活动由中国文化和旅游部、俄罗斯文化部共同主办，黑龙江省文化和旅游厅、阿穆尔州文化与民族政策部共同承办，黑河市文化广电和旅游局协办，黑河市人民艺术剧院、阿穆尔州音乐厅共同实施。中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭与俄罗斯文化部副部长娅里洛娃分别为活动录制视频致辞。

The event was co sponsored by the Ministry of culture and tourism of China and the Ministry of culture of Russia, CO organized by Heilongjiang Provincial Department of culture and tourism and Amur State Department of culture and ethnic policy, CO organized by Heihe Municipal Bureau of culture, radio, television and tourism, and jointly implemented by Heihe people's Art Theater and Amur state concert hall. Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of Chinese culture and tourism, and yarilova, Vice Minister of Russian culture, respectively recorded video speeches for the event.

活动围绕“北国好风光·尽在黑龙江”主题，融汇中俄两国民族歌舞、非物质文化遗产展示、旅游宣传推介、冰雪运动等丰富内容，通过视频展演的方式，用数字舞台展现中国春节文化的独特魅力和中俄两国人民的深厚友谊。

Focusing on the theme of "good scenery of northern China, all in Heilongjiang", the activity integrates rich contents such as Chinese and Russian national songs and dances, intangible cultural heritage exhibition, tourism promotion, ice and snow sports, and uses the digital stage to show the unique charm of Chinese Spring Festival Culture and the profound friendship between Chinese and Russian people through video performance.

活动于北京时间2月5日19时，在中国黑河市地标建筑“世纪广场”、俄罗斯布拉戈维申斯克市户外广场LED大屏幕及中俄网络多媒体平台同时首播，并将持续展播至3月。

At 19:00 on February 5, Beijing time, the event premiered simultaneously on the landmark "Century Square" in Heihe City, China, the large LED screen in the outdoor square in blagoveshinsk City, Russia, and the Sino Russian network multimedia platform, and will continue to be shown until March.
