新建的菠萝寺在黄岩东南翠屏山上，今天上梁，建寺者请程先生帮助拍照，程邀我前去观光。

从山下拾阶上山，一路上用三柱香的功夫，出了两身透汗。曲曲弯弯的路边是百家坟茔，看那_上边的墓碑祭文，或文辞恳切，或书法高古，后人发达者，坟茔修得豪华讲究，门楣处雕龙画凤，庭院里还有麻将桌。平常人家的也都刚祭扫完毕，残花犹存。

寺院建在翠屏山峰下老菠萝寺的后边，地势平坦，视野辽阔，左边可看到云蔼中方山耸立，前方群山如浪排挞涌来，晴天放眼二十里外的路桥能看出红、黄、蓝、白。右手一片茂林修竹正发青吐绿，杜鹃花怒放，画眉鸟争鸣。新建的菠萝寺是水泥框架结构，主体工程基本完工，水泥横楣的前沿已镶贴上了细木雕刻的龙凤图案，整个建筑看上去雄伟壮观，真是得天独厚的好去处一个近六十岁大个子一脸慈祥的寺院筹建者告诉我们: 这坐菠萝寺最早起源于福建的长汀，后来一个和尚游方到这里看中了这翠屏山的风水就在这里建寺传法，多少年来几经兴衰，始终香火不断，近年来这里的经济发达了，香火也就更加兴旺了，传说前两年有人赌六合彩到这里求签得到了神佛的灵示中了大彩，还愿要重建菠萝寺的。我知道宗教是人们在大自然的生存中最无奈时的一种希望，也是人们在经济富裕时的-种精神寄托，也是一种心理疗法。就象我前些天看美国拿破伦希尔写的《成功学》心理暗示一样。你每天暗示自已怎样，就会有怎样的结果。大家都乐助求神佛保佑，那不求的人就有了心理压力，就天天自己担惊受怕。俄罗斯著名作家契科夫写的《小公务员之死》其实就是一个心理暗示的结果。当我想看下菠萝寺的效果图时，程先生直爽地告诉我:“没有效果图，用什么效果图?”“开工面积四百平方米三层。高是十九米八”老人脱口而出。“那向村民筹钱时怎么说? ”“哝，那不是?”筹建老人领我来到围墙边的一个象乡下鸡笼一样的一个架子前，细看这就是眼前在建的菠萝寺的一个示意模型。

I know that religion is a kind of hope when people are most helpless in the survival of nature, a kind of spiritual sustenance when people are economically prosperous, and a kind of psychotherapy. Everyone is happy to ask for the blessing of God and Buddha, and those who don't have psychological pressure will be afraid every day. 程先生告诉我今天来的全都是发请贴请来的。寺里从温州的礼仪公司专门请来做素斋的橱师。准备六十桌。来人都在进门处签到，交乐助钱，有专人收款还开收据。看得出管理得挺正规。
