为落实澜湄合作领导人第三次会议达成的关于澜湄旅游城市合作联盟的共识，12月29日，由文化和旅游部主办、南京市人民政府和江苏省文化和旅游厅承办的澜湄旅游城市合作联盟交流活动在南京市成功举办。文化和旅游部副部长张旭出席活动并讲话，外交部王福康大使、南京市胡万进副市长在活动上致辞。澜湄国家驻华使领馆、中国—东盟中心、澜湄旅游城市合作联盟中国首批13个城市成员以及相关文化和旅游厅代表参加并发言。

In order to implement the consensus reached at the third meeting of Lancang Mekong Cooperation leaders on Lancang Mekong tourism city cooperation alliance, the Lancang Mekong tourism city cooperation alliance exchange activity hosted by the Ministry of culture and tourism and undertaken by Nanjing Municipal People's government and Jiangsu Provincial Department of culture and tourism was successfully held in Nanjing on December 29. Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism, attended the event and delivered a speech. Ambassador Wang Fukang of the Ministry of foreign affairs and Vice Mayor Hu Wanjin of Nanjing delivered a speech at the event. Representatives from the embassies and consulates of the Lancang Mekong countries in China, China ASEAN center, the first batch of 13 Chinese city members of the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance and relevant departments of culture and tourism attended and spoke.

张旭指出，近年来，澜湄合作全面发展，国际陆海贸易新通道持续推进，中国与澜湄国家人文往来更加密切。旅游是澜湄合作的重要领域，城市在旅游发展方面扮演着增长极和引擎的重要角色，开展澜湄旅游城市合作意义重大。完善澜湄旅游城市合作联盟是落实领导人共识的重要内容，也是助力构建国内国际双循环、带动澜湄旅游交流与合作、推进澜湄区域旅游一体化发展的具体举措。他希望下一步澜湄旅游城市合作联盟聚焦务实合作，发挥特色优势，发展智慧旅游，深化文化和旅游融合，着力塑造澜湄旅游品牌，为联盟未来发展打下坚实基础。

Zhang Xu pointed out that in recent years, Lancang Mekong cooperation has developed in an all-round way, new channels of international land and sea trade have been continuously promoted, and people to people exchanges between China and Lancang Mekong countries have become closer. Tourism is an important area of Lancang Mekong cooperation. Cities play an important role as growth poles and engines in tourism development. It is of great significance to carry out Lancang Mekong tourism city cooperation. Improving the Lancang Mekong tourism city cooperation alliance is an important part of implementing the leaders' consensus. It is also a specific measure to help build a domestic and international double cycle, drive the Lancang Mekong tourism exchange and cooperation, and promote the development of Lancang Mekong regional tourism integration. He hoped that in the next step, the Lancang Mekong tourism city cooperation alliance will focus on practical cooperation, give full play to its unique advantages, develop smart tourism, deepen the integration of culture and tourism, and strive to shape the Lancang Mekong tourism brand, so as to lay a solid foundation for the future development of the alliance.

王福康表示，澜湄旅游城市合作联盟交流活动的举办，既是落实领导人会议共识的重要举措，也显示了澜湄国家合作应对疫情挑战、促进经济复苏的决心。

Wang Fukang said that the holding of the exchange activities of the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance is not only an important measure to implement the consensus of the leaders' meeting, but also shows the determination of the Lancang Mekong countries to cooperate to cope with the challenge of the epidemic and promote economic recovery.

参加活动的中方代表结合《澜湄旅游城市合作联盟工作方案》和《澜湄旅游城市合作联盟五年行动计划》展开研讨并提出了建议。他们表示，澜湄旅游城市合作联盟以互惠互利、合作共赢为基础，不仅符合澜湄国家间文化和旅游合作需要，也将在疫情防控常态化条件下助力构建国内国际双循环。澜湄国家驻华使领馆代表赞赏中方在完善澜湄旅游城市合作联盟所起到的引领作用，表示将尽快报国内推选相关城市加入联盟，为深化疫后彼此间旅游合作做好准备。

The Chinese representatives participating in the activities discussed and put forward suggestions in combination with the work plan of Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance and the five year action plan of Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance. They said that based on mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance not only meets the needs of cultural and tourism cooperation among Lancang Mekong countries, but also helps to build a domestic and international double cycle under the condition of normalization of epidemic prevention and control. The representatives of the embassies and consulates of the Lancang Mekong countries in China appreciated the leading role played by China in improving the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance, and said that they would report to China as soon as possible to select relevant cities to join the alliance, so as to make preparations for deepening the tourism cooperation between them after the epidemic.

在交流活动期间，作为澜湄旅游城市合作联盟首批中方成员城市之一，南京市配套举办了旅游推介会，集中展示了南京和其他中方城市的旅游特色和优势。

During the exchange activities, as one of the first batch of Chinese member cities of the Lancang Mekong tourism cities cooperation alliance, Nanjing held a tourism promotion conference, which focused on the tourism characteristics and advantages of Nanjing and other Chinese cities.
