张伦硕，中国大陆男演员、歌手。

Zhang Lunshuo, an actor and singer in mainland China.

1982年7月12日出生于山东省青岛市，毕业于南京艺术学院。青岛地处中国华东地区、山东半岛东南、东濒黄海，海区港湾众多，岸线曲折，滩涂广阔，水质肥沃，是多种水生物繁衍生息的场所。

Born in Qingdao, Shandong Province on July 12, 1982, graduated from Nanjing Art College. Qingdao is located in East China, Southeast of Shandong Peninsula and east of the Yellow Sea. It has many harbors, tortuous coastlines, vast beaches and fertile water quality. It is a place for a variety of aquatic organisms to flourish.

2004年，参演个人首部电影《愚人码头》而正式出道。

In 2004, he made his debut in the movie "the fool".

2006年，参演生活电影《激情年代》。

2007年，参加“真维斯超级新秀”比赛并获总冠军。

2010 参加浙江卫视歌唱比赛《非同凡响》从而正式出道。

2011年，参演青春偶像剧《爱上查美乐》，饰演何言劭；8月份，参加中歌榜大型环保公益活动并演唱；同年参演都市偶像剧《命运交响曲》并饰演赵天佑；10月份，参与生态行动助力中国大型活动并演唱；11月份，参加浙江卫视的广电十周年台庆活动。

In 2011, he took part in the youth idol drama "fall in love with Zha Meile", playing he Yanshao; in August, he took part in the large-scale environmental protection public welfare activities of China National Anthem list and sang; in the same year, he took part in the City Idol Drama "Symphony of destiny" and played Zhao Tianyou; in October, he took part in the ecological action to help China's large-scale activities and sang; in November, he took part in the 10th anniversary of Zhejiang satellite TV.

2012年，在青春偶像剧《姐姐立正向前走》中，饰演亨利；9月份，出席《时尚芭莎》设计行动发布酒会；10月份，参加北京时装周Alex Wang新品发布会；11月份，参加《时尚COSMO》美妆大典任嘉宾并出席《瑞丽伊人风尚》颁奖典礼。

In 2012, he played Henry in the youth idol drama "sister stands at attention and goes forward"; in September, he attended the reception of "fashion bazaar" design action release; in October, he attended the Alex Wang new product launch of Beijing fashion week; in November, he took part in the "fashion Cosmo" beauty ceremony as a guest and attended the "ruiliyiren fashion" award ceremony.

2013年，参演都市时尚爱情电视剧《远得要命的爱情》，饰演李泰迪；同年在现代都市轻喜剧《我家有个赵大咪》中饰演高伦硕。

2014年，参演轻喜剧《我的美女老师》，饰演一名保安。

In 2014, he took part in the light comedy my beautiful teacher, playing a security guard.

2016年10月7日，张伦硕作为“实习爸爸”，与黄致列、董力等一起参加综艺节目《爸爸去哪儿第四季》。

On October 7, 2016, Zhang lunshuo, as an "Internship dad", joined Huang Zhilie, Dong Li and others in the variety show "where is Dad going, season four".

2017年，张伦硕嘉宾加盟《花漾梦工厂》第二季 ；同年参与录制湖南卫视金鹰卡通频道《爱上幼儿园》担任整季嘉宾，作为小朋友的幼导老师。

In 2017, Zhang lunshuo joined the second season of Huayang DreamWorks; in the same year, he participated in the recording of Hunan Satellite TV's Golden Eagle cartoon channel "falling in love with kindergarten" and served as a guest of the whole season as a kindergarten guidance teacher for children.

2018年，出演院线电影 《电话奇缘》担任男一；同年，出演院线电影《废柴老爸》饰演乔瑟夫，该片由王迅、拉丁小胖、何雄飞、张伦硕等人主演。

In 2018, he acted as the first male actor in the cinema movie "strange fate on the phone"; in the same year, he acted as Joseph in the cinema movie "old firewood dad", starring Wang Xun, Latin xiaopang, he Xiongfei, Zhang lunshuo and others.

2021年1月4日，在世界艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On January 4, 2021, he won the first prize in the selection of "star of the day" in the world artist list.
