近日，文化和旅游部正式公布了100名入选全国红色旅游五好讲解员培养项目的讲解员名单，并在京举办全国红色旅游五好讲解员建设行动成果展示活动，标志着全国红色旅游五好讲解员培养项目正式启动。文化和旅游部党组成员王晓峰出席活动并讲话。活动期间，全国红色旅游五好讲解员向全国同行发布了《让共和国的红色更鲜艳》倡议书。

活动现场，来自中共一大会址纪念馆、韶山毛泽东同志纪念馆、中国人民抗日战争纪念馆、辛亥革命武昌起义纪念馆等红色景区的五好讲解员代表讲述了中共一大、毛泽东的烈士亲人、“时代楷模”黄文秀、武汉抗疫等红色故事。来自新疆、贵州、山东的五好讲解员代表进行了经验交流。

王晓峰表示，为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于红色旅游的重要指示精神，提升红色旅游讲解服务水平，打好文化和旅游领域意识形态主动仗，促进红色旅游高质量发展，文化和旅游部着力培养一批“政治思想好、知识储备好、讲解服务好、示范带头好、社会影响好”的红色旅游五好讲解员。在2018年试点的基础上，2019年在全国全面启动了全国红色旅游五好讲解员建设行动。2020年为巩固全国红色旅游五好讲解员建设行动成效，有力发挥全国红色旅游五好讲解员对行业、对社会的示范引领作用，文化和旅游部决定实施全国红色旅游五好讲解员培养项目。

王晓峰还表示，首批100名全国红色旅游五好讲解员，要做好红色基因的坚定传承者、红色故事的精彩讲述者、红色精神的生动诠释者、红色文化的忠实传播者、红色风尚的有力引领者。文化和旅游部对入选培养项目的讲解员素质提升、交流学习、传帮带活动予以每人每年1.2万元的资金支持，还将通过培训提升、宣传交流、实践锻炼、项目扶持等多种方式重点支持和培养，同时鼓励地方探索激励机制，进一步加大对入选讲解员的扶持力度，稳定讲解人才队伍，激发讲解员干事创业的热情，使全国红色旅游五好讲解员更好地发挥示范引领作用，真正树立行业标杆，讲好红色故事，弘扬红色文化。（黄高原）
