Born on July 20, 1988 in Orem, Utah, USA, a family full of dance atmosphere. Julian Hoff's father was the Republican president of Utah. Her grandparents were dancers, and her parents met at a dance. Julian Hoff's brother, Derek Hoff, is also a dancer.
