日前，黄河文化主题美术创作工作会在北京召开，文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长李群出席会议并讲话。

李群指出，黄河文化主题美术创作是文化和旅游部贯彻落实习近平总书记在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展座谈会上重要讲话精神，保护、传承、弘扬黄河文化的重要举措。李群强调，相关单位和作者要深入学习贯彻党的十九届五中全会精神，围绕中国共产党成立100周年、全面建成小康社会等重要时间节点，以优秀的美术作品记录新时代、讴歌新时代。他就深入推进黄河文化主题美术创作提出四点要求：一是筑牢共同思想基础，深刻诠释并突出新时代黄河文化精神内涵，促进全体人民在思想上、精神上紧紧团结在一起，巩固中华民族矢志接续奋斗的思想基础；二是弘扬社会主义核心价值观，坚持以社会主义核心价值观引领美术创作，把反映新时代作为创作的重中之重，投入感情和笔墨，让作品成为新时代社会生活和精神的写照，成为弘扬社会主义核心价值观的重要载体；三是坚持以人民为中心的创作导向，浓墨重彩抒写黄河新时代发展画卷，将更多、更好的优秀作品奉献给人民；四是推动新时代美术发展，凝聚各方面力量，发挥该项目专家委员会的作用，认真听取来自美术界以及国史、黄河研究等方面权威专家意见，加强创作指导和评审工作，提高作品质量和艺术水平。

Li Qun pointed out that the creation of the Yellow River culture theme art is an important measure for the Ministry of culture and tourism to carry out the important speech of general secretary Xi Jinping in the Forum on ecological protection and high quality development of the Yellow River basin, and to protect, inherit and carry forward the Yellow River culture. Li Qun stressed that relevant units and authors should deeply study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, focus on the important time nodes such as the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and record and eulogize the new era with excellent art works. He put forward four requirements for further promoting the Yellow River culture theme art creation: first, to build a common ideological foundation, profoundly interpret and highlight the spiritual connotation of the Yellow River culture in the new era, promote the ideological and spiritual unity of all the people, and consolidate the ideological basis of the continuous struggle of the Chinese nation; second, carry forward the socialist core values and adhere to the socialist core Values lead art creation, take the reflection of the new era as the top priority of creation, put emotion and pen and ink, make the works become the portrayal of social life and spirit in the new era, and become an important carrier for carrying forward the socialist core values; third, adhere to the people-centered creation guidance, write the Yellow River development picture in the new era, and present more and better excellent works The fourth is to promote the development of Fine Arts in the new era, gather forces from all walks of life, give full play to the role of the expert committee of the project, listen carefully to the opinions of authoritative experts from the art circle, national history and Yellow River research, strengthen the work of creative guidance and evaluation, and improve the quality and artistic level of works.

此次创作项目由文化和旅游部艺术司联合黄河流域九省（区）文化和旅游厅、中国艺术研究院、中国国家画院共同举办。会议以现场会议和视频会议两种形式同时召开，中国艺术研究院、中国美术馆、中国国家画院相关负责人、该项目专家委员会有关专家及在北京作者参加现场会议，黄河流域九省（区）文化和旅游厅相关负责人及作者参加视频会议，吴为山、卢禹舜、陈梦榆作为该项目专家委员会代表及承办单位代表先后在会上发言。（高素娜）

The relevant responsible persons and authors of the culture and tourism departments of nine provinces (regions) in the Yellow River Basin attended the video conference, with Wu Weishan, Lu Yushun and Chen Mengyu as the participants The representatives of the project expert committee and the undertaker delivered speeches successively at the meeting.
