联合国教科文组织第四届丝绸之路网络平台国际会议在阿曼举办

10月29日上午，联合国教科文组织第四届丝绸之路网络平台国际会议在阿曼国家博物馆开幕。中国文化和旅游部党组成员王晓峰出席开幕式并致辞，阿曼苏丹国教育部长麦迪哈·施巴尼、遗产和文化部长顾问哈桑·拉瓦提，阿曼常驻联合国教科文组织大使萨米拉·莫萨，联合国教科文组织历史与记忆对话部门主任阿里·艾耶，联合国教科文组织驻多哈办事处主任安娜·保利尼，以及来自丝绸之路沿线17个国家的政府官员和文化领域的专家学者等100余人出席。

On the morning of October 29, the 4th International Conference of UNESCO silk road network platform was opened at Oman National Museum. Wang Xiaofeng, member of the Party group of the Ministry of culture and tourism of China, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. The Minister of education of the Sultanate of Oman, Madhya shibani, Minister of heritage and culture adviser Hassan lavati, permanent Ambassador of Oman to UNESCO, Ali Ayer, director of history and memory dialogue Department of UNESCO, and UNESCO Doha office More than 100 people attended the meeting, including Anna Paulini, director, government officials and experts and scholars from 17 countries along the silk road.

王晓峰在致辞中对联合国教科文组织以及阿曼遗产和文化部的盛情邀请表示感谢，并高度评价丝绸之路网络平台近年来在促进跨文化交流，打造开放包容、持久和平的社会等领域做出的重要贡献。王晓峰指出，弘扬丝绸之路精神，造福沿线国家人民是令人向往的崇高事业，也是国际社会的共同责任，中国愿加强同联合国教科文组织在“一带一路”框架内的合作，共同维护世界文化多样性、平等性和包容性，努力打造和平之路、繁荣之路、开放之路、绿色之路、创新之路、文明之路，推动人类文明在交流互鉴中不断丰富、不断发展。

In his speech, Wang Xiaofeng expressed his gratitude to UNESCO and the Ministry of heritage and culture of Oman for their kind invitation, and spoke highly of the important contributions made by the silk road network platform in promoting cross-cultural exchanges and building an open, inclusive and lasting peace society in recent years. One belt, one road, is also a common responsibility of the international community. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with UNESCO in the "one belt" framework, and jointly safeguard the diversity, equality and inclusiveness of the world culture, and strive to create a road of peace, prosperity, open road and green, Wang Xiaofeng pointed out. The road, the road of innovation and the road of civilization will promote the continuous enrichment and development of human civilization through exchanges and mutual learning.

哈桑·拉瓦提、安娜·保利尼分别在开幕式上致辞。拉瓦提表示，阿曼既是古丝绸之路的重要获益者，也是当代丝绸之路的坚定传承者，愿用实际行动加强同沿线国家各领域务实合作，使丝绸之路精神永远延续下去。保利尼从历史和当代两个维度阐释了丝绸之路精神的重要意义，希望通过丝绸之路网络平台国际会议，进一步促进不同国家、不同民族间的跨文化对话，实现联合国教科文组织促进文化包容，构建民族平等，维护世界和平的历史使命。

Hassan lavati and Anna Paulini addressed the opening ceremony respectively. Rawati said that Oman is not only an important beneficiary of the ancient Silk Road, but also a firm inheritor of the contemporary silk road. Oman is willing to take practical actions to strengthen practical cooperation with countries along the belt and road in various fields, so as to make the spirit of the silk road continue forever. Paulini explained the significance of the spirit of the Silk Road from both historical and contemporary perspectives. He hoped that through the International Conference on the silk road network platform, it would further promote cross-cultural dialogue among different countries and nationalities, and realize UNESCO's historical mission of promoting cultural inclusion, building national equality and safeguarding world peace.

由中国文化和旅游部主办，浙江省文化和旅游厅承办，中国丝绸博物馆等机构执行承办的配套展览项目“丝茶瓷——丝绸之路上的跨文化对话”在阿曼国家博物馆同时开幕，王晓峰与麦迪哈·施巴尼代表中阿双方共同为展览剪彩。该展以“丝瓷茶”跨文化对话为主线，通过丝绸、青瓷、茶文化展示和体验，以融合并进的展陈方式，体现了古丝绸之路与当下生活的密切关联，凸现了丝绸之路作为民心相通桥梁的现实意义。

Sponsored by the Ministry of culture and tourism of China, undertaken by the Department of culture and tourism of Zhejiang Province, and implemented by China Silk Museum and other institutions, the supporting exhibition project "silk, tea and porcelain - cross cultural dialogue on the Silk Road" was opened at Oman National Museum at the same time. Wang Xiaofeng and mediha shibani jointly cut the ribbon for the exhibition on behalf of China and Arab countries. The exhibition takes the cross-cultural dialogue of "silk and porcelain tea" as the main line. Through the exhibition and experience of silk, celadon and tea culture, the exhibition shows the close relationship between the ancient Silk Road and current life, and highlights the practical significance of the Silk Road as a bridge connecting people's hearts.
