2020年10月27日，2020港澳青少年游学推广活动暨内地游学联盟大会和2020港澳“美丽中国·心睇验”系列活动之“游学之旅”推广活动在宁波举行。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长张旭出席活动并致辞。

本次大会由文化和旅游部港澳台办指导，浙江省文化和旅游厅、港澳青少年内地游学联盟主办，宁波市文化广电旅游局承办。国务院港澳办、共青团中央、中央政府驻澳门联络办、香港特区政府驻沪、浙联络机构、香港旅游发展局、澳门特区政府旅游局等相关单位领导和嘉宾，河南、浙江、山西、安徽等24个省（区、市）文化和旅游厅（局）、教育部门代表及各地旅行商、游学基地代表，澳门游学组织机构及校长代表等共约150人赴宁波参加活动。中央政府驻港联络办、香港旅游事务署、香港旅游业议会嘉宾及近百名香港游学组织机构和旅行商代表通过网络视频参加活动。

张旭副部长在致辞中指出，近年来，港澳青少年内地游学呈现出强劲的市场发展态势，成为港澳青少年了解祖国、开阔视野、增进认同的有效渠道。港澳青少年内地游学联盟成立5年来，队伍不断壮大，机制更加完善，在优化产品供给、推进接待服务标准化建设、加强市场推广等方面取得良好成效，特别是积极应对疫情带来的冲击影响，不断创新工作方法，加强内地与港澳业界联系，有力推动疫后港澳青少年内地游学市场的复苏和发展。港澳青少年是“一国两制”事业的接班人，内地与港澳业界应当携手同心，充分运用和发挥好港澳青少年内地游学联盟重要平台作用，共同推动港澳青少年内地游学市场持续健康发展，有效促进内地与港澳青少年广泛交往、全面交流、深度交融。
