大家好！2020年，中华农历庚子年（鼠年），是不平凡的一年，国内、国际上都发生许多大事件，香港暴乱、《香港国安法》颁布；新冠病毒疫情全球大流行，逆全球化思潮正在发酵；世界文化艺术交流受到诸多限制，许多文化艺术活动被迫延期、甚至取消。

hello everyone! In 2020, the year of gengzi (the year of the rat) is an extraordinary year. There are many major events at home and abroad, such as the Hong Kong riots and the promulgation of the Hong Kong national security law; the global epidemic of the new coronavirus epidemic; the anti globalization trend of thought is fermenting; the world cultural and artistic exchanges are subject to many restrictions, and many cultural and artistic activities are forced to be postponed or even cancelled.

转眼间已是深秋，不管社会如何风起云涌，不论时局如何波云诡谲，世界文联的广大文艺工作者一直牢记历史使命和责任，创作出许多无愧于时代、无愧于人民的优秀作品，以文化人、以文育人、以文培元，弘扬中国精神、凝聚中国力量，鼓舞全球各族人民迈向民族复兴的美好未来。

In the twinkling of an eye, it is late autumn. No matter how turbulent the society is, no matter how treacherous the current situation is, the vast number of literary and art workers of the World Federation of literary and art have always kept in mind the historical mission and responsibility, and created many outstanding works worthy of the times and the people. They have promoted the Chinese spirit, rallied the Chinese strength and inspired the people of all ethnic groups in the world to move forward to the people The bright future of clan rejuvenation.

让爱唤起希望的斗志，让梦迎接美好的明天，让时间叫醒沉睡的我们。弘扬中华文明，促进世界文化大融合任重而道远，我们将不忘初心、砥砺前行。下面，将世界文联近期文艺活动公布，与各位同仁共同商榷。

Let love arouse the fighting spirit of hope, let the dream meet the beautiful tomorrow, and let time wake us up. It is a long way to go to carry forward Chinese civilization and promote world cultural integration. We will not forget our original intention and forge ahead. Next, I will announce the recent literary and artistic activities of the World Federation of literary and art for discussion with colleagues.

文化文艺工作者、哲学社会科学工作者都肩负着启迪思想、陶冶情操、温润心灵的重要职责，承担着以文化人、以文育人、以文培元的使命。大家社会影响力大，理应以高远志向、良好品德、高尚情操为社会作出表率。 希望各协会相互协作，共舞、共进、共赢。

Cultural and literary workers, philosophy and social science workers are shouldering the important responsibilities of enlightening thought, cultivating sentiment and moistening the soul, and undertaking the mission of cultivating people with culture, educating people with culture and cultivating yuan with culture. With great social influence, we should set an example for the society with lofty aspirations, good morality and noble sentiments. We hope that the associations will cooperate with each other, dance together, make progress and win-win results.
