1982年10月23日，白歆惠出生于台湾省台北市，拥有四分之一日本血统，先后就读于崇光女中、世新大学行政管理学系，她的父亲是已经退休的中国电视公司资深职员白国嘉，白歆惠在被凯渥模特公司发掘训练之后，以年轻靓丽的外型出道娱乐圈。

Born on October 23, 1982, Bai Xinhui was born in Taipei, Taiwan Province. She has a quarter of Japanese blood. She has studied in Chongguang girls' middle school and the Department of administration of Shixin University. Her father is Bai Guojia, a retired senior staff member of China television company. After being explored and trained by kawaugh model company, Bai Xinhui made her debut in the entertainment industry with her young and beautiful appearance.

白歆惠眼睛大大、有着优雅不凡的气质，鬼灵精怪的性格，四分之一日本血统的白歆惠在十七岁时就被称为“小李心洁”，除了代言走秀，她在演戏与主持方面的表现也逐渐受到了观众的肯定。

Bai Xinhui has big eyes, elegant temperament, ghost spirit and strange character. When she was 17 years old, Bai Xinhui, a quarter of Japanese blood, was known as "Xiao Li Xinjie". In addition to acting for the show, her performance in acting and hosting was gradually recognized by the audience.

1999年，十七岁的白歆惠便被台湾凯渥模特经济公司发掘出道娱乐圈，之后六年白歆惠主要担任凯渥模特公司的专属模特。

In 1999, at the age of 17, Bai Xinhui was discovered in the entertainment circle by Taiwan's Kaiwo model economy company. After six years, Bai Xinhui mainly served as the exclusive model of kawaugh model company.

2005年，白歆惠出演了个人的首部影视作品，她与林依晨，郑元畅、汪东城合作出演了根据同名日剧改编的爱情偶像剧《恶作剧之吻》，白歆惠在剧中饰演了开朗率性的白惠兰。

In 2005, Bai Xinhui acted in her first film and television work. She co starred with Lin Yichen, Zheng Yuanchang and Wang Dongcheng in the love idol drama kiss of prank adapted from the Japanese drama of the same name. Bai Xinhui played the cheerful and frank Bai Huilan in the play.

2006年，白歆惠与明道、蒋怡、杜德伟联袂主演了都市言情剧《天使情人》，并在剧中饰演了性格迷糊但心地善良的女主角黎希艾 。2008年，白歆惠与陈乔恩、阮经天、陈楚河共同主演都市爱情剧《命中注定我爱你》，白歆惠在剧中饰演了自信坚强的石安娜 。

In 2006, Bai Xinhui co starred with Mingdao, Jiang Yi and Du Dewei in the urban romantic drama angel lover, and played Li Xiai, the heroine with a confused but kind heart. In 2008, Bai Xinhui, together with Chen Qiao En, Ruan Jingtian and Chen Chuhe, CO starred in the urban love drama destiny I love you. Bai Xinhui played the confident and strong Anna Shi.

2009年，白歆惠又在与戴君竹、廖语晴、李佳豫合作主演的偶像长剧《闪亮的日子》中饰演了女主角方以安，白歆惠也凭借在此剧中的表演获得了台湾电视金钟奖戏剧类最佳女主角提名；同年，白歆惠还与陈夙雰、杨庆煌、江美玲共同出演年代情感剧《兰心飘芳》。

In 2009, Bai Xinhui played the heroine Fang Yi'an in the idol long drama "Shining Days" co starring with Dai Junzhu, Liao Yuqing and Li Jiayu. Bai Xinhui also won the nomination of best actress in Taiwan TV Golden Bell Award for her performance in this drama. In the same year, Bai Xinhui, together with Chen sukai, Yang Qinghuang, and Jiang Meiling, CO starred in the emotional drama "orchid in the wind".

2010年，白歆惠除了在与隋棠、蓝正龙、温升豪联袂主演的爱情喜剧《偷心大圣P.S.男》中饰演了气质名模的江淑贞之外  ；她还出演了个人的首部大银幕作品，她与谢承均、张雁名、刘心悠合作主演了悬疑爱情片《鱼狗》。

In 2010, Bai Xinhui not only played Jiang Shuzhen, a temperament model, in the love comedy "P.S. man", CO starred with Sui Tang, LAN Zhenglong and Wen Shenghao ; she also acted in her first big screen work. She starred in the suspense love film fish and dog with Xie Chengjun, Zhang Yanming and Liu Xinyou.

2011年，白歆惠与陈意涵、崔始源、李东海共同主演了根据日本漫画改编的中日韩三国合拍剧《华丽的挑战》，剧中白歆惠饰演了外形亮丽且过目不忘的江南琴；同年，白歆惠又与吴中天、寇世勋、卓文萱合作主演了抗战偶像剧《勇士们》，白歆惠在剧中饰演了抗日名将张自忠的夫人李敏惠；此外，白歆惠还与梁正群、康丁、陶传正共同主演了电视电影《温暖的忧伤》。

In 2011, Bai Xinhui co starred with Chen Yihan, Cui Shiyuan and Li Donghai in the gorgeous challenge, a Chinese Japanese South Korean co production drama adapted from Japanese comics. In the play, Bai Xinhui played the beautiful and unforgettable Jiangnan Qin. In the same year, Bai Xinhui co starred in the idol drama warriors of the Anti Japanese war with Wu Zhongtian, Kou Shixun and Zhuo Wenxuan In addition, Bai Xinhui co stars with Liang Zhengqun, Kang Ding and Tao chuanzheng in the TV film warm sadness.

2012年，白歆惠与温升豪、庄凯勋、海伦清桃合作主演了现代情感电影《候鸟来的季节》，并在片中饰演了女主角朱含樱；同年，白歆惠还在与梁赫群、徐爱心、赵骏亚共同主演现代爱情剧《阳光正蓝》中饰演了机智成熟的女主角李美涓。

In 2012, Bai Xinhui co starred with Wen Shenghao, Zhuang Kaixun and hailun Qingtao in the modern emotional film the season of migratory birds, and played the heroine Zhu Hanying in the film. In the same year, Bai Xinhui also starred with Liang Hequn, Xu Aixin and Zhao Junya in the modern love drama "Yangguang Zhenglan", playing the role of mature heroine Li Meijuan.

2013年，白歆惠除了与明道、李沁、胡兵联袂主演了浪漫爱情偶像剧《如果我爱你》之外；她还与李宗翰、白卉子、王伊合作出演了古装神话剧《聊斋4》，这也是白歆惠首次出演的内地以及古装作品。
