一看到她的名字，你会情不自禁的想起那句诗：疏影横斜水清浅，暗香浮动月黄昏。大概她的亲人是希望自己的女儿能成为一个象梅花一样的女孩吧，坚贞不屈、优雅高贵。

1986年9月1日，江疏影出生于上海，名字是舅舅所起，源于北宋诗人林逋的诗作《山园小梅》：“疏影横斜水清浅，暗香浮动月黄昏”，寓意碰到困难时也如山园梅花顽强不屈，继续努力 。

Jiang Shuying was born in Shanghai on September 1, 1986. His name is from his uncle. It comes from the poem "Xiaomei in the mountain garden" written by Lin Fu, a poet of the Northern Song Dynasty: "the thin shadow is slanting horizontally, the water is clear, and the faint fragrance is floating at dusk". It means that when encountering difficulties, Jiang Shuying is as tenacious and unyielding as the plum blossom in the mountain garden.

江疏影从幼儿园到小学毕业，学习了七年艺术体操。2004年，她从上海市商业学校毕业，考入上海戏剧学院表演系本科班
