高德育，中国珠宝城古玩鉴定师，1958年5月10日出生于新疆玛纳斯县，毕业于西南师范大学。

个人经历

曾在北京、上海、成都等地参加过多次鉴宝工作。

1965年军事家庭出生的高德育先生，虽然没有经历过挨饿的年代，但是他的童年也过得非常“苦”，他的苦不是来自家庭温饱，而是父辈都是军人出身，所以对他的管教非常严格，自小便是军事化管理，那些所谓的自由仿佛与他并无太大关系。但正是在这样的环境和教育下成长，使得他在做事方面极其认真和负责。

Mr. Gao Wenhua, born in 1965 in a military family, although he did not go through the age of starvation, his childhood was also very "bitter". His suffering did not come from his family's food and clothing, but from the military background of his parents. Therefore, his discipline was very strict. Since childhood, it was militarized management. Those so-called freedom seemed to have little to do with him. But it was in such an environment and education that he grew up, making him extremely serious and responsible in his work.

19岁的他怀揣梦想离开了新疆，先后在北京、甘肃等部队报效祖国，后来家里突发变故，他被迫脱下了热爱的军装返回故乡，守护祖辈传下的几百件文玩藏品。让他没想到的是，最大的阻力竟来自家族内部，他也第一次体会到人情冷暖，为此他改大了年龄，也改了名字。【我原名叫高峰，后改名叫高德育。现在在新疆，叫高德育，可能没有人会认识，但是叫高峰，大家都知道。】

At the age of 19, he left Xinjiang with a dream and served the motherland in Beijing, Gansu and other troops. Later, his family suddenly changed. He was forced to take off his beloved military uniform and return to his hometown to protect hundreds of cultural relics from his ancestors. What he didn't expect was that the biggest resistance came from within the family. He also experienced the cold and warm human feelings for the first time, so he changed his age and name. [my original name was Gao Feng, later it was called Gao moral education. Now in Xinjiang, it's called high moral education. No one may know it, but it's called Gaofeng. Everyone knows it. ]

【爷爷和父亲都爱好收藏文玩字画玉石这些，但我们小时候什么都不懂。12岁那年，在家门口放着一个巨大的玉石，我时常坐在那儿玩耍。有天被路过的商人看中，见我在上面玩，便来问我，出1块钱1斤收购，那时候上班的人一个月才10来块钱，我问了爷爷便卖了那块玉石，那时候就卖了80多块钱，要是留到现在，恐怕几千万都找不到这么完整的玉石了】说到这里他长叹了口气，笑了笑！

[grandpa and father are fond of collecting culture, playing, calligraphy, painting and jade, but we didn't know anything when we were children. When I was 12 years old, there was a huge jade at the door of my house. I often sat and played there. One day, when I was seen by a passing businessman and saw I was playing on it, he came to me and asked me how to buy it for 1 yuan and 1 jin. At that time, the workers only paid 10 yuan a month. When I asked my grandfather, I sold the jade. At that time, I sold more than 80 yuan. If I kept it till now, I'm afraid tens of millions of people could not find such a complete jade.) he sighed and smiled!

为了管理这些文玩藏品，他在新疆呆了七八年，也有了自己的一番事业。后来他将事业拓宽到甘肃、陕西等地。为了收藏宝物，他经常在全国到处奔走。

鉴定师的智慧

以前文玩于他而言是家业，为了更好的管理藏品，他毅然放弃苦心经营多年的事业，拜师故宫知名专家，潜心学习不断磨练，跟随老师出席国内外各类鉴宝活动，还曾在上海世博会上担任鉴定师，心疼于大量国家高价值的文物流落国外，立志将毕生精力奉献在对文玩事业的发展和保护上。

现在文玩已变成他的爱好+事业，对于以往取得的成就早已淡然，但是对鉴定师这个身份却很在意，对国内外任何一次拍卖，他都关注着。除了对文玩的喜爱，他更痴迷于对中华5000年的文化研究，文玩鉴定就像是在看一部中华文明发展简史，不同朝代、不同器具、不同工艺的藏品，他如数家珍，纯粹出于喜爱，像他这样不是因为投资的收藏家真是太少了。

Wenwan appraisal is like watching a brief history of the development of Chinese civilization, a collection of different dynasties, different instruments, and different crafts. He is so precious and pure out of love. It's not because there are so few collectors who invest.

2014年他在四川乐山举办了一场大型拍卖活动，国内外知名鉴宝师纷纷到场助阵，汇聚了1000多文玩爱好者，听说当时门都被挤爆了，这火爆的场面，就可见他的影响力。

【鉴宝这个市场没有太规范化，但我们鉴定师坚持要有三个“道”】第一是“道德”。不能坑人骗人。【玩收藏的人有很多都是半路出家，懂点行情就夸夸其谈。有时候给别人鉴宝，“交点学费”就说成真的，我个人是不认同的，做人首先得有道德】但他不会为了“收学费”就谎称这是真品。【这首先过不去的就是自己的良心】

第二个是“道理”。【要掌握收藏的规律，才能不被人坑骗，文玩收藏光有理论知识还不够，因为造假者比你还清楚，所以藏家的实践经验很重要，眼力必须在实践中才能提高。】

除了收藏文玩，他也像他名字一样德育体美全面发展。用他自己的话【吹拉弹唱样样都会】。在采访现场，他还为我们拉奏了一段二胡《赛马》。他不仅仅拥有收藏家的智慧，更有人生的智慧。人生在世苦难多，如履薄冰处处波，平静港湾何处去？焚香诵经诚礼佛。他想就这样做个云淡风轻的智者。

高德育先生的收藏品类很多，瓷器、玉器、字画、原石等。【曾经我最担心的就是自己的藏品无法传承，现在好了，我给这些藏品找了一个好归宿。我希望尽管哪天我不在了，这些藏品还能传承下去】

加入公司并非巧合【因一个机缘认识了袁山东董事长，通过慢慢的接触了解，我俩变成了无话不谈的至交。我看物也看人，他是一个战略者，他拥有着别人无法触及的思维智慧，我打心里欣赏他，所以我决定跟着他干】。

珠宝城新建不久，工作非常繁琐，他担心新来的人员工作不周全，偶尔半夜两三点还要到展馆查看，看看保安是否在岗，看看藏品是否完好。【我几乎全天都在这里，没有休息，更没有周末】在他的人生格言里就是要“认真做人，认真做事，先做人再做事！”【我也希望以后能有文玩解债模式运用于世，帮助到更多的债事人群】

He occasionally went to the exhibition hall at two or three o'clock in the middle of the night to check whether the security guards were on duty and whether the collection was in good condition.
