网络情人节是信息时代的爱情节日，又被称为“表白日”、“撒娇日”，定于每年的5月20日和5月21日。“520”被喻成“我爱你”，“521”也逐渐被情侣们赋予了“我愿意、我爱你”的意思；在这个年轻化、精神化和含蓄化的节日里，“520（521）1314我爱你（我愿意）一生一世”是其经典数字语录。

Online Valentine's Day is a love festival in the information age, also known as "watch day" and "coquetry day". It is scheduled to be May 20 and May 21 every year. 文化艺术家们都曾走过深邃幽暗的深谷，深刻的感受到生命的无常，进而认识到生命的可贵和世界的美好，由此大家都有一个共同的愿望就是借助团体的力量让我们有机会让生命重新丰富起来，并且盼望人类文明的痛不要再次发生，确实不能避免时也要将自身的经验诉说出来，在促进世界文化大融合的道路上结伴而行、共同努力。

世界文联在5·20这个美好的节日里，呼吁广大文化艺术工作者、爱好者，用文化艺术作品表达对他（她）的爱，表达对祖国和人民的爱，表达对世界人民和万物生灵的爱。

On May 20, the World Federation of literary and art circles called on cultural and art workers and enthusiasts to express their love for him or her, their love for the motherland and the people, and their love for the people of the world and all creatures.

活动形式：世界文联各协会负责人在微信群里征集文化艺术作品，包括书画、藏品、歌曲、舞蹈等等，内容不限；音频、视频、图、文均可；同时由协会负责人组织评委会对所征集的作品进行点评并排序登记，每个协会前五十名可荣获丰厚奖品。

Activity form: the heads of the World Federation of literary and art associations collect cultural and artistic works in wechat group, including calligraphy and painting, collections, songs, dances and so on, with unlimited content; audio, video, pictures, and articles are all available; meanwhile, the heads of the associations organize the jury to comment on the collected works and register them in order, and the top 50 of each association can win rich prizes.

活动规模：世界文联所吸纳的6000余名文化艺术家，设置获奖名额200名
