摘要：本周一，世界文联第三届主席团第十八次扩大会议如期举行；创会主席罗华党先生对上周工作进行总结，并授权总部常务委员会副主席、行政院院长、事业促进会副主席、亚洲收藏协会执行主席罗亮先生组织大会；秘书处及其他各协会相继汇报上周工作情况。

Abstract: on Monday, the 18th enlarged meeting of the third presidium of the World Federation of literary and art was held as scheduled. Mr. Luo huadang, chairman of the founding Committee, summarized the work of last week, and authorized Mr. Luo Liang, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the headquarters, President of the Executive Yuan, vice chairman of the Association for career promotion and executive chairman of the Asian Collection Association, to organize the conference. 世界文联第三届主席团于5月18日召开第十八次扩大会议，以微信群会议的方式举行。会上，创会主席罗华党先生对上周工作进行总结，并授权总部常务委员会副主席、行政院院长、事业促进会副主席、亚洲收藏协会执行主席罗亮先生组织大会；罗亮先生、亚洲戏曲协会的汪兴贵副主席、小凤英秘书长、亚洲书画家协会的秦志明副主席、亚洲收藏协会副主席杨康一起交流探讨。亚洲书画家协会副主席张普悦（乐悦）主持会议。

The third presidium of the World Federation of literary and art held its 18th enlarged meeting on May 18 in the form of wechat group meeting.
