世界文联第三届主席团于5月11日召开第十七次扩大会议，以微信群会议的方式举行。会上，创会主席罗华党先生对上周工作进行总结，并授权总部常务委员会副主席、行政院院长、事业促进会副主席、亚洲收藏协会执行主席罗亮先生组织大会；罗亮先生对亚洲收藏协会的上周工作进行汇报，亚洲戏曲协会的汪兴贵副主席、小凤英秘书长、亚洲收藏协会副主席杨康分别进行工作汇报。亚洲收藏协会副主席杨康（乐康）主持会议。

The third presidium of the World Federation of literary and art held its 17th enlarged meeting on May 11 in the form of wechat group meeting. 经过一个多月的准备，收藏协会的主要领导基本到齐，还有两位因故暂时没有入会。

After more than a month's preparation, the main leaders of the Collection Association have basically arrived at Qi, and two of them haven't joined the Association for some reason.

我们国家目前正走到一个历史的转折点上，我们都知道股市和房地产业，目前都处于非常艰难的时期，而我们的振新中华一带一路，战略规划，人民币走向世界，都在一个重大的历史转折点，而我们中国的收藏界，拥有众多的古代艺术品，这可不是一件小事，平时我们都知道的，汽车产业，光电产业，半导体电子产业，现在党和政府把文化作为一个产业提出来，这其中的重大战略意义和价值观不可低估。

习主席曾经说过，我们的古代艺术品是不可再生的战略资源，这么重要的战略资源它是干嘛的？他就是为我们的一带一路，为我们的人民币走向世界，而准备的，具有历史文化研究价值，顶级的欣赏价值，最高级别的经济价值，是我们一代一代的老祖宗数千年来留给我们子孙后代的无可替代的宝贵的财富，我们世艺联的重头戏之一，就是收藏界的工作推进，

He is preparing for one belt, one road for our country to go to the world, with historical and cultural research value, the highest appreciation value, and the highest level of economic value. 本人从五月一日从合肥到南阳至今10整的时间开辟了一个如何做实体的试验。下一周将可实现饲养鹅苗1000只，进口山羊100只，品种鱼5000尾，种殖台湾甜橡苗一亩，俄罗斯饲料甜菜0.5亩，种植花生半亩，养值场已基本实现了三通即路通，水通，电通。我下力带头回击了当地政府在扶贫脱贫弄虚作假行为。

From May 1st to Nanyang, I have opened up a real experiment on how to do it.
