浙江衢州：学生在体验中知法学法

近日，浙江省衢州市316名兼职法治副校长全部走进校园，为广大青少年学生和老师上了不寻常的一课。

近年来，衢州市以“法治进校园、共建平安校区”为工作机制，不断推进“依法治教”和“依法治校”，大力发挥法治副校长职能作用，形成教育司法协同推进、市县两级联动的工作机制，全市青少年法治教育工作成效显著。

本次法治教育活动以法治讲座、模拟法庭、主题班会、诵读法律读本等多种形式对师生进行法治教育。

例如，衢州一中法治副校长组织学生走进当地法院教学现场互动体验教学，衢州市特殊教育学校组织学生用手语朗读宪法，衢江区湖南镇中学以“一站到底”形式开展法律知识竞赛，江山城东实验学校法治副校长结合自行车驾驶理论和场地考试进行教学，常山县紫港中学法治副校长带领学生们观看了“以案释法”典型案例巡展。内容丰富多彩，学生充分参与，在衢州各学校里“刮起”体验式青少年法治教育之风。

据悉，从2017年5月新一轮316名兼职法治副校长上岗以来，衢州市已开展了上千场形式多样的法治进校园活动，“法治副校长送法进校园”已经成为该市青少年法治教育的工作常态。

衢州市教育局局长徐朝金表示，市教育局联合司法部门按照十九大报告提出的目标任务，加强依法治校，规范办学行为，制定法治进校园具体方案，进行专门部署，让青少年学生在体验中感知宪法，通过多种不同形式，提升青少年学生法治意识。（记者 徐德飞）
