世界大学智库联盟在京成立

3月25日，由中国人民大学国家发展与战略研究院和世界大学联盟联合主办的世界大学智库联盟会议日前在京召开，世界大学智库联盟宣布成立。中国人民大学党委书记靳诺、世界大学联盟首席执行官约翰·赫恩、“一带一路”智库合作联盟秘书长金鑫、香港中文大学副校长张妙清共同启动成立仪式。全球26家一流高校的近200名中外学者齐聚一堂，来自外交部、中共中央对外联络部、生态环境部等我国相关部门的代表，以及联合国、世界银行、世界卫生组织等政府间国际组织的代表与会并发言。

开幕式上，中国人民大学校长刘伟表示，当今世界文化交流、知识共享已成主流，智库不能闭门造车，面对气候变化、能源安全等重大全球性课题，应内强筋骨、外重协同，取长补短、互通有无，主动回应世界不断发展变化带来的机遇与挑战。对于世界大学智库联盟的成立，约翰·赫恩认为，为解决环境、气候、粮食、公共健康等全球性挑战，高等教育及人才培养发挥着不可或缺的作用，各国智库应积极建立互信，通过分享新的知识和观点找到最优解决方案，积极建言献策。

在下午的分论坛中，围绕“一带一路”绿色发展主题，针对“一带一路”相关国家共同面临的法律与标准差异、气候变化、绿色金融发展、能源安全、公共卫生、文化认知、高等教育、公共外交等议题，中外相关领域专家进行了深入交流。专家们一致认为，人类只有一个地球，各国共处一个世界，“一带一路”绿色发展理念对国际社会发挥着巨大的积极作用，各国应汇聚智慧，展开充分对话交流，将成果及时推进，以增进世界福祉、促进共同发展，推动构建人类命运共同体。（记者 赵凡）
