伦敦豪宅降价 半数黄金地段外国投资者收入囊中

英国媒体报道，首都伦敦2017年下半年房价普遍下跌，外国投资者趁机出手，将半数以上黄金地段在售豪宅收入囊中。在高档住宅区买房的外国投资者中，中东买家比例大幅上升。

　　英国《每日邮报》10日报道，伦敦市中心高档住宅销售折扣达到十多年来最大幅度，不少房子成交价低于挂牌价。黄金地段房价与2014年峰值相比下降5%，最贵地段房价降幅高达11%。
