用好“守”与“变”的辩证法让优秀传统文化活起来（新时代 新气象 新作为）

在国内巡演数十场、刮起一股民乐旋风之后，音乐会版的《海上生民乐》，将于今年2月随上海民族乐团远赴英、法、德等欧洲国家演出。

“民乐是几千年流淌在国人血脉中的音乐语言，蕴含着我们祖先的生活、智慧乃至哲学思考。古老的中国音乐智慧，正显现出更强大的力量。”上海民族乐团团长罗小慈说。

优秀的传统文化是中华民族的根和魂，也是建设社会主义文化强国的根基和沃土。学习贯彻党的十九大提出的“创造性转化、创新性发展”要求，各地用好“守”和“变”的辩证法，推动中华优秀传统文化传承发展。

呈现新样式，焕发新活力

“村子就是景区，这儿的日子比城里好。”贵州遵义花茂村，慎砍树、不填湖、少拆房，守着传承数代的陶瓷、造纸等技艺，让环境美起来、文化活起来、生活富起来。“望得见山、看得见水、记得住乡愁，就是给村民留下了金山银山。”出席了党的十九大，花茂村党总支书记潘克刚回到村里的第一件事就是宣讲十九大精神，对守护好村庄的文化根脉信心更足。

没有文明的继承和发展，就没有文化的弘扬和繁荣。不仅是小小的花茂村，放眼今日中国，优秀传统文化正焕发前所未有的活力。

一年前，中办、国办印发《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》，进一步推动延续中华文脉，传承中华文化基因；《关于支持戏曲传承发展的若干政策》出台，让曾给人“薪火难续”印象的地方戏看到了振兴契机……从艺31年的昆剧小生张军，成立民营职业昆剧院团——上海张军昆曲艺术中心，内因是“有些天马行空的事情想付诸实施”。这位中国戏剧梅花奖得主一直推广“当代昆曲”概念，“关键是坚持昆曲最有价值的部分，将这些守住了。而随着时代的变化，形式上的呈现则可以发生改变，也一定会发生改变。”

“老城不能再拆了”，新版北京城市总体规划建立了历史文化名城保护体系。“这次城市总体规划，关于历史文化名城保护的篇幅最大、着墨最多。”故宫博物院院长单霁翔说。

现存大部分传统村落被列为保护对象，大批国家级非物质文化遗产得到保护和传承，民间文学、民俗文化、民间音乐舞蹈戏曲、少数民族史诗等正加强抢救、保护……在福建，各级党委、政府把优秀传统文化传承发展工程纳入经济社会发展总体规划；在山东，弘扬优秀传统文化被摆上全局工作突出位置，策划实施了七大类105个牵动性强、示范作用大的重点项目。

传统与现代，融合愈来愈深。

去年岁末，集结9家博物馆（院）代表性文物的《国家宝藏》电视节目，邀请公众人物作为“国宝守护人”讲述文物背后的故事，以“纪录式综艺”的呈现手段，让“国宝”文物“活起来”。借助电视节目创新，《中国成语大会》《中国诗词大会》等带动了汉字热、成语热、戏曲热、民歌热；插上“共享经济”“体验经济”的翅膀，剪纸、篆刻、青瓷烧制等越来越多的非遗技艺找到了传承发展的新途径……融入现代生活，传统文化再发新芽。

涵养价值观，抒写新时代

不久前，沪剧《挑山女人》推出传承版，起用后起之秀担任男女主演。这部剧自首演以来，走遍大半个中国，获得了18个重要文艺奖项。主角华雯，一举摘得中国戏剧梅花奖、文华表演奖。

“刚刚筹备排演时，谁都没想到会有今天这样的成绩。”华雯说，虽是沪剧，《挑山女人》讲的却不是上海，而是安徽省齐云山唯一的女挑夫汪美红。她17年风雨无阻，磨破140多双解放鞋，用断70多根扁担，独自把一双龙凤胎儿女抚养成才。

这不是齐云山的故事，不是沪剧的故事；这是每个人和自己母亲的故事，是人们自己的故事。努力传承中国人自己的价值观，用心用情讲好中国人自己的故事，《挑山女人》这部沪剧，安放的是深深的母爱。

党的十九大报告指出：“深入挖掘中华优秀传统文化蕴含的思想观念、人文精神、道德规范，结合时代要求继承创新，让中华文化展现出永久魅力和时代风采。”汲取优秀传统文化养分，广大文艺工作者树立正确创作导向抒写新时代，把艺术理想融入党和人民事业之中，在追求真善美中实现艺术价值。

2017年秋天，青年作曲家龚天鹏的第九部交响曲作品《启航》奏响。音符潺潺流出，呈现青春的激越、为国为民的情怀信仰，成功吸引了众多年轻听众。

1992年出生，10岁出国留学，着手创作前，龚天鹏对“党的诞生”这段历史并不熟悉。他需要解决的问题，是如何将历史与现实有机结合，以当代青年的视角回望1921年中国共产党在上海诞生的伟大时刻。一次次踏访全国范围内的红色地标，光是中共一大会址纪念馆就去了3次，“在南湖的船头站一站，在鲁迅故居门口任思绪飞驰一会，都让我的心更加贴近那个时代以及革命志士们的所思所想。”

为人民抒写，为梦想高歌，新时代中国特色社会主义文化浸润于中华优秀传统文化之中，怀着坚定的文化自信，阔步迈向繁荣兴盛。
