　记者从河北省民政厅了解到，近日“中国少儿艺术教育家协会”被依法取缔：执法人员来到该“协会”位于石家庄市中山东路某处的办公地点，对其相关负责人依法送达取缔决定书。

　　据介绍，北京市民政局执法人员于2017年12月接到民政部移送的案件，立即对“中国少儿艺术教育家协会”展开立案调查，发现该非法社会组织主要违法行为发生地在河北省石家庄市。经北京、河北两地民政执法人员联合调查取证，查明自2015年起，该非法社会组织打着“中国少儿艺术教育家协会”的名号，通过“中国少儿艺术教育家协会艺术考级中心”网站密集发布招生简章、加盟信息、艺术考级培训1等相关信息。此外，其下设的“艺术考级中心”给少年儿童发放自制的《中国少儿艺术水平考级证书》，并加盖该协会“艺术考级中心”的公章。

　　鉴于该非法社会组织的违法行为波及河北、山东、天津等多个省市。在河北民政和公安部门的密切配合下，经现场询问，该非法社会组织相关负责人表示“中国少儿艺术教育家协会”未在民政部门登记，擅自以社会组织名义开展活动。在该非法社会组织的办公场所，执法人员查缴了其自制的《中国少儿艺术水平考级证书》，宣读了取缔决定书，直接对该非法社会组织进行了现场取缔。
