　　博物馆门前久久不散的长队，折射出公众对高质量精神食粮的巨大需求。日前召开的全国文物局长会议上，透露出重要信号：“加强文物保护利用，就是要让人民群众的精神文化更加丰富，基本文化权益得到更加充分的保障，让中华文化在新时代焕发新的生机。”

　　据统计，目前，全国博物馆总数已达到4873家，其中免费开放的4246家，全国博物馆年接待观众9亿人次。文化部有关负责人表示，要将更多博物馆纳入免费开放范围，提升文博单位陈列、管理和服务水平，创新文物资源利用模式。

　　国家文物局局长刘玉珠说：“2018年将推动修订《中央补助地方博物馆、纪念馆免费开放专项资金管理暂行办法》，完善博物馆免费开放政策，增加资金总量，扩大补助范围，调整分级分档补助标准，以政府购买服务方式支持非国有博物馆发展。”

　　在全国文物局长会议之后印发的《国家文物局2018年工作要点》还特别明确，要健全博物馆社会教育和公共服务机制，完善博物馆青少年教育功能，加强智慧博物馆建设。

　　此外，针对民间收藏的大量文物，2018年，国家文物局还将出台关于加强民间收藏文物保护利用、促进文物市场健康发展的意见，开展文物流通领域“登记—交易”制度试点，推进文物鉴定服务体系建设，为引导民间合法收藏文物提供保障。
