人大代表杨美凤：呼吁扩大地方戏剧知名度和认知度 促进传统滇剧焕发生机

    滇剧是云南地方戏曲剧种之一，发展至今已有200多年的历 史，并于2008年被列入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。但近年来，随着滇剧表演人才结构老化、新生表演人才缺乏等现象的出现，很大程度上制约了滇剧的发展。对此，来自曲靖的省人大代表杨美凤提出建议，呼吁社会和政府给予滇剧花灯等云南优秀民族传统文化更多的关注，通过在政策方面的扶持及戏曲进校园等活动的开展，扩大地方戏剧的知名度和认知度，让这些传统优秀文化重新焕发生机。

  “滇剧在发展过程中，受到云南多民族文化的影响，并长期在农村草台演出过程中吸收了丰富的民间艺术，形成了独具的民族乡土特色，成了云南人特有的文化娱乐方式之一。”

    杨美凤介绍说，虽然滇剧在发展过程中受到了数代人的推崇，但在近年的发展中却日渐式微，目前滇剧表演人才存在结构老化，滇剧传承面临断代的问题。

    杨美凤举例说，自己所在的曲靖滇剧花灯非遗展演中心2009年引进最后一批专业人才后，到现在快10年的时间里，没有补充过任何一名滇剧艺术表演人才。但与此相矛盾的，却是现有剧院无法解决滇剧毕业学员们的待遇，导致优秀滇剧人才培养毕业后无处可去的现状。“之前云南曾面向全省招收了57名滇剧表演的学生，将于2019年毕业，他们的进入将为滇剧的发展和传承注入新生力量。”杨美凤说，但目前原本定好的对口接收单位因编制不足，数十名珍贵的滇剧新鲜血液面临着毕业即失业的难题。

  “戏剧演员的培养尤为不易，至少需要6年的时间。如果因为这样的问题导致滇剧表演人才流失，真的十分可惜。”杨美凤有些无奈地表示，滇剧目前的困境，究其根本原因，是因为表现形式与当下人们的快节奏生活现状产生了背离，观赏者无法得到切身体会和亲切感，因此导致观众与演员渐行渐远。

    对此，杨美凤建议增加现有滇剧人员编制，或是给予滇剧表演人才相应的待遇，先解决发展中人才匮乏的当务之急。“在之后的发展中，希望政府可以联合社会力量，加强对滇剧等传统文化的宣传力度，继续开展戏曲进校园等活动，让更多的人了解滇剧、喜爱滇剧，给予传统文化相应的发展空间，这样才能从根源上将滇剧传承下去。”杨美凤说。
