广陵体操馆争分夺秒抢抓工期

    历时大半年建设的广陵体操馆项目，总投资6.5亿元，是承办省运会体操项目比赛的一个重点工程，采用了大跨度悬挑结构架空连梁，室内净高达20多米，跨度最长达到61米，建成后能够容纳3000多观众，不仅有标准的赛事场地，还有训练室、健身房、配套商业等向市民开放的休闲健身场所，项目预计3月底内部装修结束，5月份交付进行试运营。

    1月29日下午，笔者走进体操馆项目建设现场，室外场地堆满了装修材料，上面积雪还未融尽，2组大吊机井然作业，外墙拆了一半的脚手架上还有不少工人在忙着幕墙装饰，冰天雪地里到处洋溢着热火朝天的干事豪情。“我们要保证春节前脚手架全部拆除，现场大理石、玻璃幕墙等装修材料全部安装完毕。”

    目前，项目地面管网已经全部下放，道路开始做面基。跟着项目总包单位负责人孙乐羊走进内场，体操馆内部300多号装修人员紧锣密鼓地施工中，“目前内部装修基层基本完成，准备封板，过完年就着手贴砖了。”

    说起近日大雪，孙乐羊告诉笔者，现在项目已经进入发力阶段了，进度都卡得很紧，全体人员倾团出动，加班加点抢抓进度，遇到特殊天气更要咬牙坚持。“从一开始接收到暴雪警报，我们就开始提前部署工作，召集各分包单位召开安全生产大会，安排下雪天24小时轮流值班，防止发生安全事故，工程上也及时调整了工作部位，室内照旧作业，停雪后室外继续施工。”

    下雪期间，项目总指挥部也组织监理、设计等单位和各专业技术人员，走进施工工地，指明服务范围、区位，明确责任。“我们清理出常走的交通线路、坡道，做好防滑畅通工作，尤其是钢结构屋面，及时清雪减荷防塌。”孙乐羊说，“为了不耽误工人进场施工，我每天早早就到工地，和值班人员一起将几条主要道路清理出来。”

    采访过程中，笔者还注意到，几名工作人员现场讨论起了室外亮化问题。孙乐羊告诉笔者，这样的现场讨论会已是常态，“我们每天驻守现场就是要协调解决好各类影响施工进度的问题，一旦发现必须及时沟通拿方案，确保项目保质按序时推进。”

    据了解，项目装饰单位的工人大年初三就将提前复工，其他人员初六全面复工。“我老家在安徽，因为要提前准备复工的相关事宜，今年就留在扬州过年了。”装饰单位负责人王勇说，“项目到了关键节点，一切都要争分夺秒干！”
