西藏推出免费参观世界文化遗产政策

　西藏官方31日发布，未来三个月，包括世界文化遗产布达拉宫、大昭寺在内的西藏115家A级景区将迎来全免费，作为“冬游西藏·共享地球第三极”活动的重要政策之一，与以往相比，优惠力度前所未有。

　　当日，“冬游西藏”市场促进新闻发布会在此间召开。西藏自治区旅游发展委员会主任王松平介绍，该活动旨在推进全域全时旅游发展，自2月1日至4月30日，进藏游客将享受到旅游景区、星级酒店、旅游车辆、航空铁路、游客组团等多方面的优惠政策。

　　西藏共115家A级景区全部免费对所有游客开放，三星级以上旅游星级饭店房价和旅游车辆的价格，按照不高于去年同期优惠价格的50%执行。

　　西藏航空2月1日起执行票价优惠，其他入藏航空公司航班票价优惠办法正在协调推进中。王松平说，对通过包机形式组织旅游者进藏的企业，每班包机超过100人奖励10万元(人民币，下同)，超过200人奖励15万元；而通过专列形式的，每趟列车超过300人奖励20万元，超过400人奖励25万元。对西藏区内外旅行社组织包价团累计达到500人以上的予以奖励10万元，每增加100人追加奖励5万元。

　　王松平介绍，进藏航班经济舱在市场价格的基础上，再对旅游者给予票价40%的优惠，旅游团队给予50%的优惠。

　　旅游者和旅游团也能享受到西藏区内航班经济舱优惠，在保证拉萨至林芝、昌都、阿里航班数量不减少的情况下，拉萨至阿里每天新增一趟航班，对拉萨至阿里往返的所有航班和拉萨至林芝、昌都往返的新增航班，在市场价格的基础上给予30%的票价优惠。

　　记者了解到，3月至4月，西藏将迎来平均400人以上的7趟“冬游西藏”专列。
