把思政课讲得“有知有味”


作为一名有9年教龄、3年基层行政工作经历的专职思政课教师,站上讲台面对学生,仍会因责任而感到紧张。又到开学季,如何为大学生上好第一堂思政课,是我整个假期都在思索的问题。

老师把思政课讲得“有知有味”,学生才会有更多收获。这其中,“知”是思政课所讲授的马克思主义基本理论,提供思想上的健康食材,“味”指教学技巧和方法,以吸引学生吸收营养。多年的教学实践让我认识到,立足教学岗位潜心钻研、增强实效,思政课也能成为学生成长的良师益友,为托举个人梦想添一份力。

习近平总书记说,传道者自己首先要明道、信道。对于授课内容,教师自己应做到“真学、真懂、真信、真用”。“水之积也不厚,则其负大舟也无力。”若知识储备不够,教学必捉襟见肘,无法游刃有余。为上好一节《思想道德修养与法律基础》,我会查阅大量图书音像资料,到马列原著中找寻理论之根,到现实问题中对接社会关切,到名校名师慕课中聆听体味……把理论讲出时代感,将学生敬而远之的“大道理”转化成他们乐于接受的“小表达”,课堂效果才能出彩。

思政课教师大多有过“台上滔滔不绝,台下浑然不觉”的体验,这往往与教学方法呆板枯燥有关。一堂立体丰满的思政课应该像精心设计的旅途,步移景换,处处惊喜。我常将理论讲授、案例分析、小组讨论、十分钟辩论、随堂调查等设计在一堂课中,要求自己既当演员又当导演,既当主角又当配角,把“有意义”的事情做得“有意思”。有学生留言:“老师套路太深,上课无法分心。”此外,我还将新媒体技术应用于教学实践。比如,利用优质慕课资源丰富课堂教学,运用网络交流平台延伸教学时空,建立思政课微信公众号加强互动,等等。

今年是教育部确定的“高校思想政治理论课教学质量年”。感染力、亲和力、针对性、获得感,堪称提高思政课质量的努力方向。也应看到,现实中,由于受学时、经费等限制,思政课实践教学效果并不理想。其实,拓展实践教学是必要延伸。只要主动作为、敢于突破固有思维模式,组建理论社团、参加公益活动、暑期社会实践等都可以纳入思政课的实践教学环节。

古人说得好,“亲其师,信其道”。作为一名专职思政课教师,深感任重道远。不断丰富学识素养、全面提升教学技能、矢志增强人格魅力,是思政课教师必须久久为功的必修课。传递理想信仰、播撒理性力量,让思政课真正成为学生真心喜爱、终身受益的人生驿站,既是时代赋予当代教师的责任和使命,也是我一直以来奋力追寻的梦想。沐浴着高校思想政治工作的新风,不断增强自身本领,以中国梦激扬青春梦,就一定能书写思政课的精彩篇章,去点燃一个又一个不平凡的梦想。

"The accumulation of water is not thick, then the big boat is weak." If the knowledge of the reserve is not enough, the teaching will be hard to be solved. For a good section of Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis, I will consult a large number of books and audio-visual materials, search for the roots of theory in Marxism Leninist original works, connect with social concerns in real problems, and listen to appreciate in famous teachers' moody classes. The classroom effect can be brought out by telling the sense of the times and transforming the "great truth" of the students to the "small expression" they are willing to accept.


Most of the teachers in Ideological and political classes have the experience of "on the stage and unaware", which is often related to the dull and dull teaching methods. A full and plump thinking lesson should be like a carefully designed journey, a step change, and a surprise. I often design theoretical lectures, case studies, group discussions, ten minute debates, and follow-up surveys in a class, asking myself to be both an actor and a director, both as a protagonist and a supporting actor, to make "meaningful" things interesting.  Some students leave a message: "the teacher is too deep, and the class can't be distracted." In addition, I also apply new media technology to teaching practice. For example, we should enrich the classroom teaching by using high quality Moore resources, extend the teaching time and space by using the network communication platform, and establish the WeChat public number in the ideological and political course, and enhance interaction.


This year is the "quality year of the teaching of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities" established by the Ministry of education. Infection, affinity, pertinence, sense of gain, can be called the direction of improving the quality of Ideological and political class. It should also be seen that in reality, the practical teaching effect of the ideological and political course is not ideal because of the limitation of time and money. In fact, it is necessary to extend the teaching of practice. As long as we take the initiative and dare to break through the inherent thinking mode, we can integrate theoretical societies, participate in public welfare activities and summer social practice into the practical teaching links of Ideological and political courses.


The ancients said well, "kissing their teachers, believing their way." As a full-time teacher of Ideological and political lessons, I feel a long way to go. Enrich learning literacy, improve teaching skills, to enhance the charm of personality, is the ideological and political teachers must be a required course for work. It's the responsibility and mission of the times to give the contemporary teachers the responsibility and mission to carry out the ideals and beliefs and spread the power of reason, and let the ideological and political course truly become a student's favorite and lifelong benefit.
