广电总局发《通知》加强管理力度 停播节目一律不得复播或重播

        国家新闻出版广电总局近日发布《进一步加强广播电视节目备案管理和违规处理的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。在处罚方面，广电总局加强了管理力度。《通知》显示，凡被总局发现问题、受到总局《收听收看日报》点名批评、或被总局以其他形式批评的节目，依据有关条款予以处理。受到总局整改、警告、停播处理的节目，一律不得复播、重播或变相播出，不得通过各种形式转移到互联网新媒体上播出。

　　《通知》也强调，受到总局警告的节目须立即退出黄金时段。受到警告、停播处理的节目，相关播出机构应当对负有责任的主管人员和直接负责人员追究责任。此外，《通知》指出，广播电视开办国际新闻节目、军事节目须提前一个月备案；电视上星综合频道播出歌唱选拔、晚会、引进境外模式节目和在黄金时段播出综艺娱乐、真人秀访谈脱口秀、婚恋交友、才艺竞秀、情感故事、游戏竞技类节目均须提前两个月向省级新闻出版广电局备案。
