2018年大连国际象棋棋士赛竞赛规程

四、竞赛时间和地点：

比赛时间：2018年2月3日 ～4日

比赛地点: 西岗区市民文化活动中心(八一路转盘旁)

五、竞赛项目：

国际象棋棋士赛

六、参赛资格：

（一）市内棋手按照相关技术等级报名参加比赛；

（二）所有比赛运动员必须携带棋士证，否则不允许参赛。

七、竞赛办法 ：

（一）比赛设定公开组和各棋士等级组，男、女分组比赛；

1、二级棋士组：具有棋协二级棋士参加；

2、三级棋士组：具有棋协三级棋士参加；

3、四级棋士组：具有棋协四级棋士参加；

4、五级棋士组：具有棋协五级棋士参加；

5. 六级棋士组:具有棋协六级棋士参加；

6. 七级棋士组:具有棋协七级棋士参加；

7. 八级棋士组:具有棋士八级棋士参加；

8. 九级棋士组:具有棋士九级棋士参加；

9. 十级棋士组:具有棋士十级棋士参加；

10.定级组:具有十一级(含)及以下棋士参加。

11.公开组：一级棋士以上和无等级棋手参加，不晋升技术等级；（颁发成绩证书、奖牌）

（二）比赛执行国家体育总局审定的最新竞赛规则；

（三）瑞士制编排，比赛九轮次，赛前可根据报名人数对以下设组进行调整，如人数不足，视情况进行并组。

八、录取名次与奖励

（一）申请棋士等级证书，依照中国国际象棋协会最新颁布的《中国国际象棋协会棋士等级称号条例》执行；

（二）录取名次不并列。

根据运动员参赛成绩可以申报一级（含）以下相应的技术等级。

九、报名与报到：

（一）参赛单位必须使用统一1的电子版报名表，详细填写报名表内容后，请1月28日前将电子版报名表（Word）文档以Email形式发送至邮箱，联系电话：刘老师，17741195719。

（二）每人交参赛费150元，所有参赛棋手，需自行办理意外伤害保险。

（三）领队会议于 2月 2日15：00点在赛场举行，未参加领队会议并未请假的参赛队、参赛队员按弃权处理，不予编排。

（四）经费各队自理。

十、裁判员和仲裁委员会

（一）裁判长、副裁判长、编排长、仲裁和部分裁判员由大连市体育总会选派。承办单位根据需要和精干原则，遴选三级以上裁判员担任大会裁判工作。

（二）设仲裁委员会，人员组成和职责范围按《仲裁委员会条例》执行。

十一、未尽事宜由承办单位另行通知。

十二、本竞赛规程的解释权属大连市国际象棋协会。

Competition time: February 3, 2018 to 4

Venue: Xigang District Civic Cultural Activities Center (next to the 81st Road)

Five. Competition project:

Chess game player

Six. The qualification of the competition:

(1) the players in the city are enrolled in the competition according to the relevant technical level.

(two) all players must carry the player card, otherwise not allowed to participate.

Seven. The method of competition:

(a) the game set the public group and the master grade group, male and female group competition;

1, level two player groups: with two level champion in qixie;

2, level three player groups: with three level champion in qixie;

3, level Four player groups: with four level champion in qixie;

4, level five player groups: with five level champion in qixie;

5. level six player group has six level champion in qixie;

6. level seven player group has seven level champion in qixie;

7. level eight player group has eight level champion in player;

8. level nine player group has nine level champion in player;

90 player group: Ten player in player has;

10. grade group: level eleven (inclusive) and the following move in.

11. open group: the above level in terms of financial and non grade players to participate, not promotion of technical grade; (awarded a certificate of achievement, medals)

(two) the competition shall be carried out by the State General Administration of physical education for the latest competition rules.

(three) Swiss choreography competition nine rounds, before the game can be based on the number of applicants on the following group adjustment, such as insufficient number, depending on the circumstances and group.

Eight. Admissions and Awards

(a) apply for master certificates, in accordance with the China International Chess Association recently issued "China Chess Association champion title regulations" implementation;

(two) the number of admissions is not equal.

According to the athletes' performance, the corresponding technical level of the first class (including) can be declared.

Nine. Sign up and report:

(a) the contestant must use the electronic version of the unified download registration form, fill in the registration form content, please before January 28th will be the electronic version of the application form (Word) in the form of Email document is sent to the mailbox, contact Tel: Liu, 17741195719.

(two) each person has to pay 150 yuan for the competition, and all players in the competition should handle accidental injury insurance on their own.

(three) the leader meeting was held at 15:00 on February 2nd at the venue. The teams and players who did not attend the leader's meeting did not take the leave.

(four) the funds of each team will take care of themselves.

Ten, the referee and the Arbitration Commission

(1) the chief referee, the deputy chief referee, the editor in chief, the arbitration and some referees from the Dalian Sports Federation. In accordance with the requirements and the principle of capable, the contractors should select the referees at or above the level of three to serve as the referee of the general assembly.

(two) establish an arbitration commission, and the composition and scope of its personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Arbitration Commission.

Eleven. The outstanding matters shall be notified by the contractor.

Twelve. The interpretation of the rules of the competition belongs to the Dalian Chess Association.
