象棋是中国的，更是世界的。“陈罗平杯”2017年第十五届世界象棋锦标赛上周末刚刚在马尼拉圆满落幕，中国棋手王天一和唐丹再次夺走了男子和女子个人冠军，但象棋在世界各地萌发并扎根的速度已超出了很多人的想象。世界象棋的舞台已不是中国棋手一花独放，百花怒放的时节正在微笑着向我们走来。

众所周知，中国不仅是象棋竞技水平、群众基础最好的国家，象棋世界大赛的办赛水平也有目共睹。本届世锦赛是由世界象棋联合会主办，菲律宾象棋协会承办，菲律宾体育署协办，陈著远先生赞助，虽然比赛走出了中国来到了菲律宾，但比赛的办赛水平依然得到了各队参赛棋手的纷纷称赞。这也说明象棋在海外的发展水平和影响力已经有了质的进步。“我们欣喜地看到越来越多的年轻棋手参与到世界象棋竞技交流的舞台，并展现了不俗实力和巨大的提升空间，他们出色的表现和超凡的智慧令全世界象棋爱好者惊艳。”世象联第一副主席陈泽兰说，目前世象联的发展正面临重大机遇和挑战，我们将群策群力，谋求发展新思路和新路径，使象棋运动在世界范围内得到更深入的普及和推广。

从参赛水平和竞技成绩来看，无论是王天一还是唐丹都对海外棋手的进步和象棋海外推广的效果给予了高度称赞。在女子组的比赛中，唐丹6胜1和积13分获得冠军，越南棋手阮黄燕以1分之差收获亚军，来自马来西亚的小将余婷婷积9分勇夺季军，特别是她在首轮比赛中的出色表现曾给唐丹留下深刻印象。“那盘棋挺惊险的，给我的印象太深刻了，毕竟第一盘总是想开门红，但对方从开局到中局一直不给我机会，一度很危险，后来在读秒的情况下她还是没有我们国内棋手那么娴熟，让我赢得非常幸运。”唐丹说，“我认真看了这次比赛的棋谱，她们已经不像以往对布局的理解力不够，在布局上跟中国棋手已经没有明显差距，提高得很快，今年女棋手的参赛人数也明显比以前多，这说明这些年的象棋推广还是很有成效的。”

男子组全部九轮比赛结束后，王天一和郑惟桐同积15分，王天一以小分107比105的微弱优势获得冠军，郑惟桐屈居亚军，不过他和王天一一起为中国队夺得了男子团体冠军。中国澳门棋手曹岩磊和德国棋手薛涵第分别以14分和13分收获季军和第四名。本届世锦赛欧洲棋手进步明显，特别是德国队力压中国澳门、马来西亚、中国香港和越南等亚洲传统强队，获得了团体亚军。“他们不仅是整体水平在提高，而且逐渐出现了一些年轻的新面孔，并能够对中国队棋手形成挑战，这说明这些年我们在推广象棋的过程中，在象棋人口的年轻化方面，已经取得了明显的突破。”

在本次比赛期间中国象棋协会组织的海外推广活动也在菲律宾举行，许多参赛棋手在赛场上意犹未尽，赛后还踊跃报名参加象棋特级大师吕钦的车轮战指导棋。“现在象棋在海外的发展正在迅速打开新的局面，比如土耳其、匈牙利、西班牙、爱尔兰等多个国家都有希望在不久的将来加入我们的大家庭”,来自德国的世象联副秘书长薛忠说，我们相信象棋之火也将在世界各地形成燎原之势。
