马盛德：理想中的非物质文化遗产的保护

非遗大都是农耕文明的产物，在当今工业文明为主导的社会，很多优秀的非遗濒临消亡和失传。日前，国家非遗保护工作专家委员会委员、文化部非遗司原巡视员马盛德应邀做客人民网，就非遗保护的效果与意义回答了网友们的问题。

如何在经济全球化背景下，解决农耕文明中的文化与当今以工业文明为主导的快速发展社会之间的矛盾？马盛德指出，只有让非遗走进现代生活，才能从根本上解决问题。

马盛德谈到他的家乡，青海热贡艺术时表示，青海的热贡艺术是31个联合国教科文组织“人类非物质文化遗产代表作”之一，主要形式有唐卡绘画、堆绣、壁画、木雕、石雕、泥塑等。2008年，文化部在热贡设立了国家级文化生态保护试验区。当地有一条隆务河，在隆务河流域住着藏族、土族、汉族、回族、撒拉族等民族，他们在这个地方长期同生存、共发展。

马盛德曾在这里生活工作过8年多时间，深切感受到了这一片土地上的民族文化。整个河谷两岸，民间的传统文化基础十分丰厚，艺术氛围也非常浓郁，形成了一种“家家有画室、个个是画家”的独特氛围。家家都在绘画，户户都在做堆绣、泥塑和木雕，良好的氛围也使得当地民众心态平和，气氛和谐。

唐卡艺术的特性是画工非常精细，加上采用的是矿物质和植物颜料，同时又属于佛教文化，作品以表现佛经故事、佛教人物为主，在造型、人物形象规格、构图等方面都有非常严格的规制和要求，这一方面让唐卡的创作、传承和发展面临一些难题，但另一方面也因外行人很难批量复制唐卡，保护了其艺术与市场的纯洁性。

如今的热贡，艺人们住在自己藏式的庭院里生活、工作，屋子里都是现代化的文明成果——现代化的家具、家电、互联网、日常用品应有尽有，门口停着自家的小轿车。平时在家创作自己热爱的唐卡艺术，出外进行艺术交流时，开车出去也很方便。

对于大家关心的理想中的非物质文化遗产的保护是什么样的状态，马盛德认为，像热贡一样，保护自己的民族文化，传承、发展自己的民族文化，但是不拒绝现代文明成果。

在马盛德看来,非遗不仅是民族的精神家园，是连接民族情感的纽带，还是一种文化身份，是一个系统的知识体系。比如，像“二十四节气”，其实是一门非常精确的科学，是中国人的一种时间制度，最终上升为一种国家的历法。

在回答有关国家大力推动非遗保护，究竟有什么意义和价值问题时，马盛德认为，非遗保护的重要意义在于，首先它是我们一个民族、一个国家文化身份的象征，也是一种文化标识。人类社会，除了人种的差异，各民族之间的差异，主要体现在不同的文化上。

此外，诸如土家族的织锦、壮族的织锦、侗族的织锦、黎族的织锦，在色彩、图案、样式等方面各有特色。还有民族建筑样式，如傣家的竹楼、藏式建筑、徽派建筑等等，最后都成为了一种文化标识。让本民族的人一见到这样一种样式、图案和色彩就产生亲切感、认同感。这些文化遗产综合起来，所产生的文化认同感，便成为我们国家和民族文化身份的重要标识。

非遗保护需要社会参与，需要广大民众的关注，尤其年轻一代。马盛德希望更多年轻人加入到非遗保护行列，这样我们的文化才能渊远流长，非遗才能连绵不断，保持持久的生命力。他相信，中国的遗产保护有一个光明、美好的未来。
