北京首夺围甲冠军却面临人才流失 本地新锐棋手尚难涌现

在今年围甲联赛中信北京队首次夺冠后，北京围棋队教练、北京棋院副院长谭炎午激动得热泪盈眶。带队19年，谭炎午终于看到弟子们捧起围甲冠军的一幕。但激动劲儿过去，还没来得及庆功，北京队就开始为明年的阵容操心了。眼下北京围棋道场众多，可北京本土的围棋尖子却很少。加上外援要价提高，北京围棋在夺冠之后，仍面临着一系列难题。

夺冠后没顾上庆功

北京围棋队之前联赛亚军和季军都拿到过，就是与冠军无缘。对于今年夺冠，谭炎午说他完全没想到，“我之前只有带队只在全运会拿过团体赛冠军，联赛带队19年，从北京大宝队到现在中信北京队，确实是第一次夺冠。”

围甲联赛夺冠，对北京棋院来说也是大喜事，不过这场庆功会最终没有办成。“当下大操大办不合适，我们又是有赞助的职业队伍，所以就没搞庆功会。而且队员们联赛打完，还有其他比赛，柁老（柁嘉熹）刚在阿含桐山杯夺冠。我们还是静静心，准备接下来的工作吧。”谭炎午说。

阵容齐整 三军用命

回顾这一年的联赛表现，谭炎午用完整和幸运，作为中信北京队夺冠的关键词。“今年主将陈耀烨的表现非常好；柁老，一直是我们的绝对主力。韩一洲也表现很好，去年成绩平平，今年13胜7负，胜率明显提升。”谭炎午评价道。

主将陈耀烨今年状态神勇，一人拿到了MVP、最多胜局、最佳主将三项奖。“本来他前年刚结婚的时候，我觉得可能状态要走下坡路，所以希望他只要能保持原有的水平就可以了，没想到他今年表现非常神勇。我们对苏泊尔杭州的时候陈耀烨两次当主将，都赢了朴廷桓，后来还赢了柯洁，从他作为主将的成绩来看，我们队是应该拿冠军的。”谭炎午说。

用冠军回报社会最开心

北京围棋队最开心的一点，是他们可以用夺冠来回报社会多年来的赞助和帮助。“中信集团赞助北京围棋近10年，给了我们很多帮助。”谭炎午说，“包括社会上对围棋的热爱也在升温，所以今年联赛，我们也做了一些围棋普及工作来回报社会。”

但令人没想到的是，今年联赛夺冠的喜悦还没过去，谭炎午就开始犯愁了。他坦言，主力中除了陈耀烨和韩一洲，其他队员都没落听呢。
