离2018年春节还有一个多月，不少出游线路却早被抢购一空，国人的旅游热情在这个冬季里依旧高涨。即将过去的2017年，人们比往年更会“玩”了，丝路之旅、体育旅游、工业旅游，何时何地你都能看到中国游客的身影；人们也更加“懒”了，休闲度假、包车、定制，愈发细分的市场让游客出游更加轻松惬意；人们也许还会觉得略有些“闹心”，民宿客栈乱象频出，OTA搭售防不胜防，特色小镇千镇一面；幸好不少省份今年都出台了新版旅游条例，让游客在维权路上多了一份底气。2017年是公布和全面实施十三五旅游发展规划的开局之年，不妨让我们用10个关键词回顾一下这个消费格局全新升级的旅业变革创新之年。

2017年是厕所革命3年计划收官之年，全国已超额完成任务，厕所革命也从景区内延伸到景区外，全面融入全域旅游，覆盖全国3000多家4A级以上旅游景区，并逐步扩展到全国370多个重点旅游城市。今年11月，习近平总书记就推进“厕所革命”作出重要指示。习近平指出，厕所问题不是小事情，是城乡文明建设的重要方面，不但景区、城市要抓，农村也要抓，要把这项工作作为乡村振兴战略的一项具体工作来推进，努力补齐这块影响群众生活品质的短板。目前，国家旅游局已发布《全国旅游厕所建设管理新三年行动计划（2018-2020）》，明确提出2018年至2020再建旅游厕所6.4万座，实现厕所革命“数量充足、分布合理，管理有效、服务到位，环保卫生、如厕文明”的新三年目标。

记者点评：厕所革命是一个长期工程，目前新三年计划已经发布，分布不均、科技含量低、第三卫生间少等都是需要解决的问题。相信在国家大力推进、扶持的环境下，厕所革命还会取得更大的成果。
