　　12月14日至16日，由文化部党组派出，副部长董伟带队，刘云志、么红、王卫国、张剑、唐诗逸等30多位艺术家组成的“文化迎春，艺术为民”文化部艺术家小分队赴贵州省遵义市进行了5场慰问活动。

　　短短的3天时间，艺术家们奔波800多公里，感悟良多：“只有深深扎根人民群众中，演绎的作品才能打动人。”“不到人民中去，我们的艺术还有什么价值？”“我们应该全身心投入到创造更多更好的作品中去。”

　　到基层人民中去

　　遵义是遵义会议召开的地方，是中央红军四渡赤水的地方，如今，这里的老百姓生活得如何，什么样的文艺作品能走入他们的精神世界？带着这些问题，艺术家小分队昼夜兼程，在3天时间内赶到遵义的5个地方，完成了5场演出，让习水县土城古镇、土城镇易地扶贫搬迁新阳安置点、赤水市、赤水市旺隆镇、道真县的百姓看上了国家级的演出。

　　“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越。从头越，苍山如海，残阳如血。”铿锵有力的诗朗诵《忆秦娥·娄山关》在大山间回荡，诗中豪迈的情怀激荡人心，中国国家话剧院演员王卫国已经年过花甲，但是每当需要下基层慰问演出，他总是推掉其他工作，第一个响应。

　　十九大代表、中央芭蕾舞团首席演员张剑和演员武思明、王思正带着原汁原味的芭蕾舞剧《红色娘子军》选段参加慰问演出。她说，他们身上穿的演出服都是从53年前传承下来的，是真正的传家宝，而走到人民中间，为人民演出，创作更多为人民喜爱的作品也是一脉相承的。

　　“不为人民演出，我们的创作还有什么意义？”中国交响乐团歌唱家张天甫特地把一首新创作的歌曲《爱在中国》带了过来，以此检验他的创作是否能得到观众认可。平常很少能下基层演出的魔术表演也加入了慰问演出队伍，中国东方演艺集团魔术演员曲蕾被基层百姓热烈的掌声深深感动。

　　在文化部精心策划下，慰问活动在艺术形式上丰富多彩，既有诗朗诵、芭蕾舞、小提琴独奏等高雅艺术，也有歌曲、相声等大众喜闻乐见的表演，还有魔术、儿童剧等覆盖不同年龄段观众的艺术；节目既选取了双人舞《黄河》、歌曲《东方红》、芭蕾舞《红色娘子军》、京剧《红灯记》、民乐《百鸟朝凤》、歌曲《我和我的祖国》等贴近百姓生活、彰显中国精神的经典作品，也有需要接受观众检验的新创作品，如相声《西江月》、歌曲《爱在中国》等；慰问演出的同时，中国艺术研究院、中国国家画院的书画家现场书写、赠送春联活动为即将到来的春节增添了“文化味儿”。

　　文艺工作者和基层百姓心贴心

　　下基层慰问演出的途中总是异常艰苦，也总有感人的瞬间，艺术家们走到人民中间，更真切体会到“人民需要艺术，艺术需要人民”这句话的真谛。

　　慰问演出的第二天，当小分队到达赤水后，本就阴冷的天气又下起了雨，露天舞台上，演员们只能淋着雨演出。不管是因为连续赶路突发感冒的中国儿童艺术剧院演员徐丽，还是手握名琴不能淋雨的中央歌剧院副院长、小提琴演奏家刘云志，大家都克服困难，在雨中奉献了一场感人至深的高水平演出。

　　演出中，一个场景更是感动了所有演职人员和台下上千名观众：在因为下雨而积水的水泥舞台上，中国歌剧舞剧院舞蹈演员唐诗逸、孙富博那单薄的舞鞋早已湿透，但他们的舞蹈动作以及双人舞《黄河》传递出来的民族精神却毫不打折。突然，唐诗逸在转动中脚下一滑，观众的心也随之一紧，很多观众已经眼含热泪。这一场雨中的舞蹈，可能比高雅艺术殿堂里的顶级舞蹈更能赢得观众热爱，这不仅是因为艺术作品打动人心，文艺工作者与人民深厚的情谊更感人至深。舞蹈演员的艺术生涯本就短暂，万一摔倒扭伤一养就要几个月，因此，这确实是冒着很大风险的演出。“艺术家们冒雨演出，太辛苦了，刚刚我看到舞蹈演员差点摔跤，眼泪都快掉下来了。”观众宋珍说。

　　演出结束后，大家坐上返程的大巴，有人提议：“我们为舞蹈演员鼓掌。”有人接着说：“也为所有演员鼓掌。”艺术家们给予彼此的掌声久久回荡，艺术为人民的精神深植心间。

　　相声演员宋德全、王玉则以另一种形式贴近人民。来到基层，他们总是向老百姓讨教，不断丰富自己的作品。宋德全说：“曲艺是文艺‘轻骑兵’，我们只有拿出反映当下的作品，观众才爱看。十九大刚刚闭幕，我们就创作了《西江月》，用文艺潜移默化的形式宣传十九大，使全民上下形成共识，坚定跟党走。”“党为人民执政，人民有党放心，习总书记为核心，团结更紧更紧。”相声表演总能制造演出的高潮，这些话语得到了百姓的响应。

　　“在党的领导下，国家富强，我们现在生活好了，退了休每天唱歌跳舞，而且竟然在这么偏远的地方也能看到国家级的演出。这些节目贴近生活，是我们最喜欢的，希望艺术家们多来我们这个小地方，走到我们中间。”吴启容说。吴启容退休前是林业工人，当台上唱起《我和我的祖国》时，她在台下跟着跳起舞来。

　　创作更多优秀现实题材作品

　　在内蒙古大草原上，一代代乌兰牧骑队员迎风雪、冒寒暑，长期在戈壁、草原上辗转跋涉，以天为幕布，以地为舞台，为广大农牧民送去了欢乐，传递了党的声音和关怀。作为文化部的艺术家小分队，大家在慰问演出中进一步学习贯彻习近平总书记给内蒙古自治区苏尼特右旗乌兰牧骑队员们的回信精神，有了更深的体会。

　　作为中央歌剧院副院长，刘云志每天工作很忙，但他知道基层百姓对文化的渴求。“1978年，我在内蒙古自治区待过两年时间，当时觉得能看上一场县里文工团的演出就是最大的愿望了，我相信直到现在，很多偏远地区的老百姓依然对文化有如此渴求，因为有亲身体验，所以我想尽可能多地为满足基层百姓文化需求做一些事。我们是人民的艺术工作者，不到人民中去，我们的艺术还有什么价值？”刘云志说。

　　众所周知，芭蕾舞不仅对舞者的自身条件要求严苛，对演出的外部条件也有很高的要求。“这次演出，上台没几分钟，脚就一点知觉都没有了，但是听到基层观众的掌声，比在大剧院演出还高兴。我看到台下观众的眼神，有些人可能是第一次这么近距离地欣赏芭蕾舞。《红色娘子军》是观众熟悉的芭蕾舞作品，我们还要创作演出更多这样的现实题材作品。”张剑说。

　　“只有深深扎根人民群众中，演绎的作品才能打动人。”中央歌剧院副院长、女高音歌唱家么红说。“艺术来源于生活，我们要去民间吸收更多的营养，再以艺术的形式回馈给百姓。”中国东方演艺集团歌唱演员赵大地说。“中国已经进入了新时代，我们应该全身心投入到创造更多更好的作品中去，让中华传统文化得以发扬传承，让文化自信走进人心。”宋德全说。

　　在这支文化部艺术家小分队赴遵义慰问演出前后，国家京剧院走进云南的村镇，中国交响乐团走进山西静乐县，中央歌剧院走进福建古田县，中国儿童艺术剧院走到边疆地区……2018年元旦、春节期间，文化部还将派出41支文艺小分队赴河北西柏坡、雄安，山西静乐县，江西黎川，广西百色，陕西延安等地分别开展“文化迎春，艺术为民”新春慰问活动，使文艺小分队慰问活动形成规模、形成品牌、形成影响力，贯穿全年，持续开展。
