　　广州日报全媒体记者：片中你是以白发形象出现的，这是你自己的想法吗，融入了哪些对角色的理解呢？

　　邓超：影片拍摄中我参与了一些意见，但是因为拍摄时间比较久了，记不太清具体细节，我们都是集体创作，白发应该是我提出来的想法，非常感谢团队信任我。当时我们想的是整个影片调性偏灰色，再把人物放在里面。从宏观走到细节，再从细节到宏观，当初为了方木这个人物，我做了很多准备工作，资料摞起来就有几十厘米厚。我还提出要留胡茬，可能很多人会觉得，女性观众也许不喜欢，但这就是我自己对方木的一个心理画像。

　　广州日报全媒体记者：有观众评价，你在片中的角色“一半天才一半疯子”，你觉得方木身上，“疯”是他的主要特性吗？

　　邓超：肯定会有，我选择这个角色也是因为他这方面的特质太明显。方木是一个比罪犯还罪犯的破案专家，心理画像师，有着极强的韧性。这次我们在细节处理时也是这样，方木看人的时候有隐藏感，我们就通过他的眼镜镜片反光程度来表现。其他电影里很排斥镜片反光，因为可能穿帮，往往会用镀膜的方法，但我们还是坚持（镜片反光）。难度很高，但我们还是做到了。

　　广州日报全媒体记者：我们都知道生活中的你与影视作品中完全不同，经常出戏入戏，有没有纠结的时候？

　　邓超：对，方木的关键词是“颓废”。我在拍摄现场，多数时候都是方木的状态，冷不丁也会跟大家开个玩笑、跳个舞。我用了一生最大的能量，在摁着邓超那小子。这是我折磨自己的方法之一。当你选一个最危险、你最不认识的人去演，签合同那一刻，你觉得，你的世界完蛋了，要一步步开始进入这个角色，去浩瀚的小说里找方木的踪影，这是一个痛并快乐着的过程。

　　广州日报全媒体记者：之前你拍完《烈日灼心》患上“幽闭恐惧症”，这次拍完《城市之光》，有没有什么后遗症留下？

　　邓超：后遗症就是总觉得自己眼镜不在了，时不时要扶一下。还有就是总觉得自己是警察（笑）。我小时候就有警察梦，这次拍之前我去刑警学院体验生活，印象最深刻就是一个教官跟我说，别的学生毕业都是说“祝你前途似锦”，只有刑警学院的祝福语是“祝你一生平安”。方木就是照亮城市的光，他就是我理想中的警察。

　　“我太爱（表演）了，而且这个通道，目前我是打通了。”

　　广州日报全媒体记者：最近这些年你的演技大爆发，这部《城市之光》也被看好，说你有可能凭此片再拿影帝，你怎么看？

　　邓超：我拍戏的初衷不是为了拿奖，但我希望我能站在那，希望方木可以站在领奖台上。其实对我来说，我喜欢我演过的每一个角色，可能天道酬勤吧，现在被更多人喜欢。有点遗憾的是工作时间过于长了，总想证明一下什么，我想以后还是多跟生活结合在一起，把工作变成生活的一部分。

　　广州日报全媒体记者：现在对角色标准是不是越来越高？

　　邓超：现在的我越来越随性，越来越忠实于自己的兴趣。我觉得演戏很像画画，一方面从细节、材料上着手，另一方面也要推开它从宏观的角度去看。从宏观的角度来说，表演的通道其实是相通的，有时候你并不知道自己在做什么，但这个过程非常爽，我太爱了，而且这个通道，目前我是打通了。

　　广州日报全媒体：现在你和孙俪都是演技担当，两口子在生活中会切磋吗？

　　邓超：哈哈，我们终于成了演技担当了！我们生活中很少谈戏，聊的都是孩子、养生。最近孙俪在练太极，开始学中医，我很羡慕她，我在生活中很懒，求知欲都放在表演里了。
