书画蕴含着民族博大精深的文化，在建设社会主义文化强国的大背景下，继承和发展书画艺术尤为重要。在深入生活的艺术创作中，创作者以饱蘸热情的丹青墨笔，以满怀激情的创作状态，把握时代脉搏，聆听时代声音，用一幅幅鲜活生动的作品展现出民族精神，领略书画的艺术真谛与哲学内涵，描绘新时代的精神图谱。路洪祥先生作为当代著名的艺术家，在走进自然、走进文化、走进传统之中定位自己的创作。他的艺术作品在整体的诗意美与清新的韵致中，体现了传统美学、时代精神相融的特殊魅力。因此，在世界级艺术在行动的网络主题展频，从多个方面呈现他在书画传承与发展上孜孜不倦地探索；以鲜明的笔墨境界，铸造着民族的文化品格和精神；以至臻至美的艺术展现他胸有千壑的大境界大视野，抒发出学养胸襟及审美追求。

路洪祥，男，字鲁骐，汉族，生于1954年正月，中国国学研究会学家，中国当代艺术协会副主席，中国榜书艺术协会理事，香港中华画家协会副会长，北京华夏风情书画院副院长。现任山东省书画学会鲁骐画院长。山东省通俗文艺研究会孝道文化委员会副会长兼秘书长。

自幼受家庭熏陶，书法以行草见长，凝重圆润，行笔自然流畅，法度严谨，别具意趣， 纂书直追秦汉刻石之体势，力求进步。其书法作品多次获得国际国内金奖、银奖。

在庆祝中华民族共和国成立55周年书面大赛中获特别金奖并参加颁奖仪式活动。被文化部授予“盛世中华杯”金奖获得者，第28届国际书法大展《世界遗产杯》金奖。2005年10月6日中国书通艺术代表团，前去日本、新加坡、马来西亚等国大型书法展并与各国领导人合影留念。为祖国先进文化事业作出新的贡献。

现聘任中国外交部《世界知识》画报书法家。全国中小学《书法美术》教科书副编辑。中国新华社，证券报刊、书法家，中文联-名誉副主席职务。

 Lu Hongxiang, male, also known as Lu Qi, of the Han nationality, was born in January 1954. He is a scholar at the Chinese Academy of Chinese Studies, Vice Chairman of the China Contemporary Art Association, Director of the China Bookmaking Art Association, Vice President of the Hong Kong Chinese Painters Association, and Vice President of the Beijing Huaxia Fengqing Calligraphy and Painting Academy. He is currently the Dean of Lu Qi Painting at the Shandong Calligraphy and Painting Society. Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Filial Piety Culture Committee of Shandong Popular Literature and Art Research Association.

   I have been influenced by my family since I was young, and my calligraphy is known for its elegant and rounded strokes, natural and smooth strokes, rigorous and unique style. I have compiled books that closely follow the style of stone carving in the Qin and Han dynasties, striving for progress. His calligraphy works have won multiple international and domestic gold and silver awards.

   Received a special gold medal in the written competition celebrating the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and participated in the award ceremony. Awarded the Gold Award of the "Prosperous China Cup" by the Ministry of Culture, and the Gold Award of the "World Heritage Cup" at the 28th International Calligraphy Exhibition. On October 6, 2005, the Chinese Shutong Art Delegation went to large-scale calligraphy exhibitions in countries such as Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and took photos with leaders from various countries. Make new contributions to the advanced cultural cause of the motherland.

   I am currently employed as a calligrapher for the illustrated newspaper "World Knowledge" by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
