  辛茂芳，女、1939 年生于广西玉林市，毕业于《广西艺术学院》本科。60 年代从事音乐工作，70 年代后在《中国科学院广西植物研究所》绘图室工作，科技职称是《高级实验师》即高级画师。艺术方面: 经全国人事资格考核办公室考核评定为《一级美术家》。曾获国内外 21 家院、社、学会等授予《当代书画艺术名人》称号，中国文联等单位授予《一代名师》、《中国文艺终身成就艺术家》、《翰墨中国百佳风尚人物》、《中华文化名家》、《民族艺术代表人物》“国家级非物质文化遗产传承大典””书画传承人“称号。现为《中国美术家协会广西分会》会员，《中国人民艺术家协会》会员，《北京华夏大家书画艺术院》院士，《世界华人美术家协会》终身荣誉主席，《中国艺术家交流协会》终身常务副主席兼秘书长。世界华人美术家协会终身荣誉主席。
