黄瑞珍，1932年出生于广东汕尾，1951年军医学校大专毕业。2017年评为共和国人民艺术家。中国艺术工作者协会终身名誉会长，中国国画院花鸟画研究院名誉院长，北京文人美术馆客座教授、馆员。中国国画院院士，聘为香港特区书画院副院长。

诗书画方面幼承家学，从父黄赓尧先生（师范毕业）学书画，随母陈淑勤女士学刺绣、古诗词，毕业于87级北京中国书画函授大学（三年）和成都翰林书画艺术学院研究班（两年）。

多年来，又得到多位老一辈著名书画家的面授真传。中国文化遗产保护研究院资格认定具有“中国书画家”资格。入编《中华英模大辞典》、《2010年世博中国艺术名家大典》、《共和国艺术家辞海》（封面、封底）、《书画HOT榜120名大家》、《世界美术大典》等。入编中国书法选集和多部书画典籍，出版了几本个人国画选集，2017年中外名人艺术院院士（终身），2018年元月评为“中国国宾礼特供书画艺术家”，2017年在中国艺术家润格网完成了国画艺术硕士专业学位专业培训计划，成绩合格。根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》，授予国画艺术硕士学位。证书编号：5617201705095.黄瑞珍国画作品《荷蟹图》入选“2018法国卢浮宫中国书画名家精品展”，被授予“法国卢浮宫中国书画名家精品展文化艺术特别成就奖”，同时颁授“法国卢浮宫文学艺术最高荣誉勋章”一枚。2017年11月被聘为英国皇家艺术研究院首席艺术家兼高级顾问，任期终身。2017年被批准成立中国国画院黄瑞珍书画艺术工作室。2018年世“环球艺术奖”金奖（中华区两人）。2019年荣登“新中国成立百名书画大师榜”。

Huang Ruizhen, born in Shanwei, Guangdong Province in 1932, graduated from military medical school in 1951. In 2017, he was rated as the People's Artist of the Republic. Lifetime honorary president of the Chinese Artists Association, honorary president of the Flower and Bird Painting Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, and visiting professor and librarian of the Beijing Literati Art Museum. Academician of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, employed as the vice president of the Academy of Painting and Calligraphy of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

In terms of poetry, calligraphy and painting, you have inherited family studies, studied calligraphy and painting from your father, Mr. Huang Gengyao (graduated from normal school), and embroidery and ancient poetry with your mother, Ms. Chen Shuqin. You have graduated from the Beijing Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, Grade 87 (three years) and the research class of Chengdu Hanlin Academy of Calligraphy and Painting (two years).

  Over the years, he has received face-to-face teaching from many famous calligraphers and painters of the old generation. The Chinese Academy of Cultural Heritage Protection has the qualification of "Chinese calligrapher and painter". It has been included in the "Dictionary of Chinese Models", the "2010 World Expo Chinese Artists", the "Dictionary of Artists of the Republic" (cover, back cover), the "120 People in the Painting and Calligraphy HOT List", the "World Art Dictionary", etc. He has been included in the compilation of Chinese calligraphy anthologies and several classical books of calligraphy and painting, and has published several individual anthologies of traditional Chinese painting. In 2017, he was an academician of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Academy of Art (lifelong), and was awarded the title of "Chinese National Guest of Honor Calligraphy and Painting Artist" in January 2018. In 2017, he completed the professional training program for master's degree in traditional Chinese painting art at the Chinese Artist Runge.com, with qualified results.
