陈昆，1939年生，吉林省长春市人。自幼酷爱绘画艺术，在长春市文艺学院绘画系学习期间，受著名画家袁运生、戈沙、付植桂。甘雨辰传授，后又在省老干部大学高级绘画研修班深造，打下深厚的绘画基础。

多年来，作品在参加国际。全国、省市书画大赛展览中，多次获得特别金奖、金奖、银奖、创新奖、优秀作品获多种奖项作品被许多艺术单位及个人收藏，应邀出版有《一带一路中欧意象》欧洲艺术邮票人物及定制珍藏邮册，在欧洲邮政部门流通使用，出版有《中国艺术收藏》杂志，《美丽中国·名家名作》四人合集，《环球艺术人物》杂志，《一带一路·一代名师》三人合集，出版专集《中国艺术名家一陈昆作品集》《中华名家一陈昆》在北京出版挂历有《中国艺术传承人物》《一带一路·一代名家》《中国艺术年度杰出人物》《中国艺术谱华章》、《盛世中国名家》，以上出版均在国内外发行发放，观者均受益匪浅，另外特邀在景德镇制作两件国礼级瓷器《中华国礼·珍藏国瓷》作为中华国礼赠送外国政要友人。其所从事的艺术活动，得到社会认可。先后荣获“海峡两岸德艺双馨艺术家”“中国老年金奖艺术家”、“优秀人民艺术家”“世界金奖艺术家”、“中华老年杰出艺术家”等称号。2021年8月被央媒联盟文艺工作组和央媒联盟评委会授予“全国十佳功勋艺术家”联合国组委会授予“联合国和平文化特使”，中国名人辞典、中国名人大数据库授予“时代标杆”荣誉称号。

长期以来，先后被全国各艺术组织团体吸收委任为“世界艺术家协会”副主席、“中国艺术协会理事“”中国老年书画研究会”会员，“吉林省老年书画研究会”会员，国家人事部“中国书画研究中心”高级研修员，长春市美术家协会会员，郑州中原书画研究院高级书画师，河南中国炎黄艺术协会会员，北京东方翰林书画院名誉副院长，中国艺术家收藏协会名誉副会长，北京当代环球书画院名誉院长，北京智侨国际文化艺术交流中心合作艺术家。

现今，虽然年事已高，但仍然坚持绘画创作，不断推出新画作;坚持美术教学，为国家培养艺术苗苗。

Chen Kun, born in 1939 in Changchun, Jilin Province. He loved painting art from his childhood. During his study in the Painting Department of Changchun Academy of Arts and Arts, he was influenced by famous painters Yuan Yunsheng, Ge Sha and Fu Zhigui. Gan Yuchen taught it, and then went on to further study in the advanced painting training class of the Provincial Senior Cadre University, laying a solid foundation for painting.

Over the years, his works have participated in international competitions. In the national, provincial and municipal calligraphy and painting competitions and exhibitions, the works have won many special gold awards, gold awards, silver awards, innovation awards, and excellent works have won a variety of awards. The works have been collected by many art units and individuals. They have been invited to publish European art stamp characters and customized collections of stamps on the the Belt and Road, circulated in European postal departments, and published a collection of four people, including the magazine "Chinese Art Collection" and the magazine "Beautiful China, Masterpieces", Global Artistic Figures magazine, a collection of three people named "the Belt and Road · One Generation of Masters", published monographs named "Works of Chinese Artist Chen Kun", "Chinese Artist Chen Kun", published calendars in Beijing, including "Chinese Artistic Inheritance Figures", "the Belt and Road · One Generation of Masters", "Chinese Artistic Outstanding Person of the Year", "Chinese Artistic Spectrum Huazhang", "Chinese Famous Artists in the Prosperous Age", all of which were published at home and abroad, The visitors benefited a lot.
