乐基儿（Gaile Lok，1980年8月22日-），黎嘉仪，出生于中国澳门，毕业于香港艺术学院，美籍中国女模特。

1994年，被时装界名人发掘进入模特行业。1998年，回到中国香港，凭一张丰唇走红。2001年，参演电影《恋性世代》。2004年，参演电影《甜丝丝》。2010年，参演《男人信什么》MV；同年4月，担任品牌Salad亚太区代言人。

2001年参演电影《恋性世代》；2004年参演电影《甜丝丝》；2010年担任《挂念好友》MV制作总监，并参演了《男人信什么》的MV。2010年6月22日乐基儿获得万众同心公益金的公益嘉许奖；2010“莎莎妇女银袋日”形象总监，设计主题T恤为四川重建筹款；2011年委任Folli全球代言人。

2014年乐基儿、黄芷晴与盛朗熙4日出席剪彩仪式。乐基儿以一身红色连身裙现身，相当有朝气。
