2018年8月16日下午，[上海春界文化传播有限公司启动发布暨靓声音雄上海普陀分赛区成立仪式]在上海市黄浦区星魅力酒店隆重举行。

车虹辰系北京舞蹈学院音乐表演专业，曾参加08年残奥会开幕式《和梦一起飞翔》、原创舞台剧《仙剑》、《太极之舞》、《歌舞青春》、《RENT》、《西区故事》、《狮子王》等多部舞台剧演出。注重历练打磨自己。在多年的舞台生涯中，看到、感悟身边的同伴和热爱表演和文娱的群众对舞台的眷恋和热爱，渴望出彩的期盼。

湖南卫视《靓声音雄》上海赛区组委会与春界文化合作，宣布成立上海普陀赛区，联合承办上海普陀赛区活动，特聘车虹辰为上海普陀分赛区组委会主席，《靓声音雄》大赛全国音乐总监阿莫先生为车虹辰颁发授权证书，并聘车虹辰担任《靓声音雄》百强评委。

The Organizing Committee of Shanghai division of Hunan Satellite TV, in cooperation with spring culture, announced the establishment of Shanghai Putuo division and jointly hosted the activities of Shanghai Putuo division. Che Hongchen was specially hired as the chairman of the Organizing Committee of Shanghai Putuo division.
