根据联合国UNB文化产业总会的发展需要，按照《联合国UNB文化产业总会章程》规定，经主席团会议讨论通过，决定成立联合国UNB文化产业总会亚洲参议院，主管联合国UNB文化产业总会亚洲分会的规章制度工作，负责制定亚洲分会相关事务的规划、政令实施、机构的设立及审批等。
