盘满菊，中国瑶族非物质文化遗产传承人，中国红色文化协会秘书长，优秀企业家。

1976年07月07日，盘满菊出生于湖南省蓝山县浆洞乡茶山村水旦组。同一天，解放军报刊登中国人民伟大的无产阶级革命家朱德同志永垂不朽。不平凡的人事，总在宿命的牵引下演绎出人意外的巧合。

Panmanju was born in Shuidan formation, Chashan village, Jiangdong Township, Lanshan County, Hunan Province on July 7, 1976. On the same day, the people's Liberation Army Daily published that Comrade Zhu De, the great proletarian revolutionist of the Chinese people, was immortal. Extraordinary personnel always deduce unexpected coincidence under the traction of fate.

1976年是极不平凡的一年。对于中国来说可谓灾难深重：中国三位重要政治人物（毛泽东、周恩来、朱德）相继逝世、吉林陨石雨、唐山大地震，是改变中国命运的一年，在这一年里结束了文化大革命。

1976 was an extraordinary year. For China, it can be described as a disaster: the death of three important Chinese political figures (Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Zhu De), the JILIN METEORITE rain and the Tangshan earthquake are a year to change China's destiny, in which the Cultural Revolution ended.

茶山村是一个气候宜人，山水丰美的小村庄。遍布青松的山中随处可见味道鲜美的草菇、红红的山莓；果园里种满绿苹果、番石榴、杨桃；菜地里莴苣、苦瓜、红椒、甜瓜等蔬菜瓜果四季不断。

Chashan village is a small village with pleasant climate and beautiful scenery. There are delicious straw mushrooms and red raspberries everywhere in the pine covered mountains; The orchard is full of green apples, guava and carambola; Lettuce, balsam pear, red pepper, melon and other vegetables in the vegetable field keep growing all the year round.

在盘满菊两岁的时候，中国大陆开始对内改革、对外开放，改革开放的春风吹遍大江南北，整个国家焕发出了勃勃生机，中华大地发生了历史性的伟大变化，11亿人的温饱问题基本解决。中国经济建设上了一个大台阶，人民生活上了一个大台阶，综合国力上了一个大台阶。

When China was on both sides of the Changjiang River, the mainland began to reform and open to the outside world, and the spring breeze of reform and opening up was blowing all over the river. The whole country was full of vitality. The great changes in the Chinese land took place. The 1 billion 100 million people's food and clothing problems were basically solved. China's economic construction, people's life and comprehensive national strength have reached a big step.

作为第一批75后，盘满菊受传统文化和革命传统教育的影响深远，从小便胸怀远大理想，希望能以自己的实际行动不断改善生活状况、改变命运，更希望能通过自己的努力将瑶族优秀的传统文化传承下去，发扬光大。

As the first batch of post-75s, panmanju is deeply influenced by traditional culture and revolutionary traditional education. From childhood, panmanju has lofty ideals and hopes to continuously improve the living conditions and change the fate with its own practical actions. Moreover, panmanju hopes to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of Yao nationality through its own efforts.

瑶族是有一个有着悠久历史的民族，随着时间的推移，一些精髓的瑶族文化遗产也随着一代人的老去而渐渐消失，蓝山县浆洞瑶族乡茶源坪村，盘牛成和盘满菊父女二人通过接力保护与传承，让当地瑶族传统文化逐渐恢复生机与活力。

Yao nationality has a long history. With the passage of time, some of the essence of Yao cultural heritage gradually disappeared with the aging of a generation. In chayuanping village, Jiangdong Yao Township, Lanshan County, panniucheng and panmanju father and daughter gradually restored the vitality and vitality of local Yao traditional culture through relay protection and inheritance.

瑶族历史上没有文字，瑶族服饰以刺绣独特的图案表达本民族的历史文化。蓝山县的过山瑶、平地瑶服饰各有特点。一整套瑶族服饰，从头到脚分有头饰、胸饰、背被、腰饰、绑腿，还有精美的银饰佩挂。但随着经济社会的发展，大量瑶胞外出务工，在家从事生产劳动的瑶胞感觉穿着这些服饰很不方便。因此，很多民族民间文化都面临着后继无人的现实困境。

There are no words in the history of Yao nationality. Yao nationality's costumes express their national history and culture with unique patterns of embroidery. The costumes of Guoshan Yao and Pingdi Yao in Lanshan county have their own characteristics. A complete set of Yao costumes, from head to toe, are divided into headdress, chest ornament, back quilt, waist ornament, leggings, and exquisite silver ornaments. But with the development of economy and society, a large number of Yao people go out to work. Yao people who are engaged in production at home feel that it is very inconvenient to wear these clothes. Therefore, many national folk cultures are faced with the realistic dilemma of no successor.

深受父辈影响的瑶族后人盘满菊对瑶族文化有着割舍不断的情结，她意识到，要想让瑶族文化更好的传承下去，必须要把瑶族文化系统的保护起来。

Pan Manju, a descendant of Yao nationality deeply influenced by her parents, has a constant complex of abandoning Yao culture. She realizes that in order to better inherit Yao culture, we must protect the Yao culture system.

2012年开始，在外工作的盘满菊开始利用休息时间走村串户收集瑶族服饰，虽然收获不多，但是她从不放弃。

Since 2012, panmanju, who works outside the home, began to collect Yao costumes during her break time. Although she didn't get much, she never gave up.

2016年，盘满菊毅然放弃外面的工作回到家乡，利用当地的瑶族文化特色，打造瑶族文化传承基地，将村里的草药、服饰、刺绣、山歌、伞舞等瑶族文化精髓系统的整合起来，在保护民族传统文化的同时，带领村民脱贫致富。

In 2016, panmanju resolutely gave up her outside work and returned to her hometown. Taking advantage of the local characteristics of Yao culture, she built a Yao culture inheritance base, integrating the essence of Yao culture such as herbal medicine, clothing, embroidery, folk songs and umbrella dance. While protecting the traditional culture, she led the villagers to get rid of poverty and become rich.

目前，在盘满菊的努力下，村里仅存的几座瑶族土楼已经得到修葺保护，除了跟着父亲上山采挖草药、学习药理知识，盘满菊还前往周边瑶族聚居区收集瑶服，致力让瑶族文化代代传承。

At present, with the efforts of panmanju, the only remaining earth buildings of the Yao nationality in the village have been repaired and protected. In addition to following her father up the mountain to collect herbs and learn pharmacological knowledge, panmanju also went to the surrounding Yao inhabited areas to collect Yao costumes, striving to inherit Yao culture from generation to generation.

2021年5月30日，盘满菊在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。5月31日，盘满菊加入中国红色文化协会，担任秘书长职务。

On May 30, 2021, pan Manju won the first prize in the selection of "one star of the day" in the list of world cultural artists. On May 31, pan Manju joined the China Red Culture Association as secretary general.
