刻苦头悬梁，倦锥刺股；父子进士，兄弟将相。

为官清廉，惜财爱民，立北宋政坛丰碑。

日月星，光耀千年远，书岩湾在，辉煌恒昌。

西汉设县充国，大唐朝更县名晋安。

宋改称新井，洞崖苦读；父子登科，华夏奇葩。

一代英豪，陈三状元，国泰华章神圣事。

万世馨，如日中天照，新井村中。
