当天的演出集合了近些年中国残疾人艺术团经典及新创的节目之精华，开场手语歌《唱支山歌给党听》用歌声和手语表达了对党的敬意和建党一百周年的祝福；舞蹈《我要飞》是韩国平昌冬残奥会中国8分钟的文艺表演节目改编而来，由中国残联张海迪主席作词，以舞蹈的语汇幻化成一只逐梦的鸟，展现出了残疾人为梦想而自由飞翔的意境；经典节目《千手观音》离开了炫彩夺目的舞美灯光，在光秃秃的黄土地上竟然也毫不逊色，相反，因为足够贴近观众，反而更具亲和力，美得让人不由地赞叹；最后一曲由艺术团的演员和场馆建设工人们共同演唱的歌曲《国歌》将整场演出的气氛推至高潮，嘹亮的歌声和欢声笑语响彻残奥会村的广场。
