谷好好，上海戏曲艺术中心党委书记、总裁，上海昆剧团团长，上海市戏剧家协会第八届主席，1997年12月加入中国共产党。自1986年起从事昆曲事业，全面继承了武旦、刀马旦的表演技巧，享有“百变刀马”的美誉，凭借《红泥关》获得文华表演奖、凭借《一片桃花红》和《扈家庄》获得中国戏剧“梅花奖”、凭借昆剧《五子登科——谷好好专场》获得“上海白玉兰戏剧表演艺术主角奖”，自2013年起出任管理岗位，秉承“出人出戏出影响力”的宗旨，身兼传承创作、人才培养、队伍建设、推广发展等多项任务。

学戏六年转行，挡不住的锐气支撑她熬过落寞

坚定文化自信，打造戏曲“最好的时代”

身份转变后，谷好好依旧每天早出晚归，只不过地点从红氍毹到了办公室，从排练厅到了会议厅。一路在昆团成长，谷好好再清楚不过，当时团里每年演出天花板不过五六十场，市场号召力也相当有限，该怎么办？出人出戏出影响力，谷好好便按顺序一个个来。于是，上海昆剧团率先为一批中生代演员量身打造了剧目，黎安的《景阳钟》、吴双的《川上吟》、沈昳丽的《紫钗记》，以戏推人取得了惊喜的效果，写就了上昆演员连续三届“摘梅”的佳话。
