谷好好,上海戏曲艺术中心党委书记、总裁,上海昆剧团团长,上海市戏剧家协会第八届主席,1997年12月加入中国共产党。自1986年起从事昆曲事业,全面继承了武旦、刀马旦的表演技巧,享有“百变刀马”的美誉,凭借《红泥关》获得文华表演奖、凭借《一片桃花红》和《扈家庄》获得中国戏剧“梅花奖”、凭借昆剧《五子登科——谷好好专场》获得“上海白玉兰戏剧表演艺术主角奖”,自2013年起出任管理岗位,秉承“出人出戏出影响力”的宗旨,身兼传承创作、人才培养、队伍建设、推广发展等多项任务。

学戏六年转行,挡不住的锐气支撑她熬过落寞

1986年的盛夏时节,13岁的谷好好从温州乘了20多个小时的长途汽车只身来到上海,在彼时少女的心中,大上海是一个有漂亮皮鞋和冰淇淋的地方。在温州少艺校,谷好好学的是舞蹈,本怀揣着当舞蹈家梦想的她却阴差阳错地叩开了上海戏曲学校的大门,就这样,昆曲如命运般进入了她的生活,再也没有离开。

坚定文化自信,打造戏曲“最好的时代”

身份转变后,谷好好依旧每天早出晚归,只不过地点从红氍毹到了办公室,从排练厅到了会议厅。一路在昆团成长,谷好好再清楚不过,当时团里每年演出天花板不过五六十场,市场号召力也相当有限,该怎么办?出人出戏出影响力,谷好好便按顺序一个个来。于是,上海昆剧团率先为一批中生代演员量身打造了剧目,黎安的《景阳钟》、吴双的《川上吟》、沈昳丽的《紫钗记》,以戏推人取得了惊喜的效果,写就了上昆演员连续三届“摘梅”的佳话。
