银鼠归库去，金牛开门来。在这辞旧迎新之际，中国地名学会造父文化调研基地向海内外赵氏宗亲、赵姓企业家、及一切关心支持我们造父文化研究与发展的朋友们致以诚挚的问候和新年的祝福。

喜悦伴着汗水，成功伴着艰辛。造父当年在潼关和河南鲁山得八匹骏马后献给周穆王，后驾车随周天子平定徐偃王之乱立奇功始封趙城，以地为姓，为趙姓之源。后归隐鲁山，以知马相马御马之术传百姓，百姓尊称为马王爷。造父去逝后葬在趙村镇宽步口村，并被当地百姓供奉在白云寺里，世代香火不断，这里遂成为世界赵姓子孙寻根拜祖的精神家园。并在这里举行了六届拜祖大典，引起海内外赵姓宗亲的普遍关注。

2020年9月28日，中国地名学会在河南鲁山县举行造父文化调研示范基地授牌仪式，充分肯定该基地将传承寻根文化与发展田园小镇有机结合的全新思路、全新模式，将充分运用中国地名学会的资源支持该基地发展。造父文化调研示范基地的授牌，是国家层面的认可和加持，为赵姓文化的发展、也为造父田园小镇的发展提供了权威支撑、奠定了坚实基础。这是鲁山县委、县政府及社会各界大力支持的结果，也是众多造父文化研究者、赵氏宗亲无私奉献、积极努力的结果。在此，我们向各位造父文化研究者及广大赵氏宗亲表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意。

律回春晖渐，万象已更新。展望即将来临的2021年，是国家实施“十四五”规划的开局之年，任重道远，必须砥砺前行。2021年，位于鲁山县赵村镇宽步口村的造父田园小镇将开工建设，此项目处于伏牛山生态旅游核心区域、鲁山旅游发展的中心地带，规划区面积15600亩，分为根亲文化创意区、生态康养休闲区、蚕丝文化产业区、智慧农业产业区、水上运动休闲区、美丽家园生活区六大功能板块。未来的造父田园小镇必将成为闻名海内外的寻根拜祖圣地、共襄大业旺地、度假休闲宝地。
