茹仙古丽·艾白都拉，女，曾任新疆杂技团国家一级演员，兼共青团书记，国际魔术艺术家协会会员，中国魔术委员会常委，新疆青联委员。

Ruxianguli aibaidula, female, was a national first-class actor of Xinjiang acrobatic troupe, Secretary of the Communist Youth League, member of the International Magic Artists Association, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese magic Committee and member of the Xinjiang Youth Federation.

1993年被评为新疆维吾尔自治区优秀专业技术工作者。同年，先后被评为自治区文化艺术界知名人士，“开发新疆建设新疆”五一劳动奖章获得者，自治区有突出贡献的中青年专家，自治区“优秀青年”荣誉称号，自治区“劳动模范”先进工作者。享受国务院颁发的政府专家津贴，第八届全国人民代表大会代表。

In 1993, he was rated as an excellent professional and technical worker in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In the same year, he was successively rated as a well-known figure in the cultural and artistic circles of the autonomous region, the winner of the May 1st Labor Medal for developing Xinjiang and building Xinjiang, the young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, the honorary title of "outstanding youth" of the autonomous region, and the advanced worker of the "labor model" of the autonomous region. He is entitled to the government expert allowance granted by the State Council and a deputy to the Eighth National People's Congress.

1993年至1997年期间，分别获自治区团委等十余组织颁发的首届新疆“十大杰出青年”20名后选人提名奖，被誉为“飞牌仙子”和“魔术皇后”。

From 1993 to 1997, he was awarded the nomination award of 20 candidates of the first "Ten Outstanding Youth" in Xinjiang by more than ten organizations such as the Communist Youth League Committee of the autonomous region, known as "flying card Fairy" and "magic Queen".

1996年光荣加入中国共产党。1996年获西北“最佳魔术奖”。同年，魔术节目—《牌技》在第三届全国杂技魔术比赛中荣获国家文化部颁发的最高奖“金狮奖”。同时，《牌技》节目也被列入当今中国魔术精品。

He joined the Communist Party of China in 1996. In 1996, he won the "best magic Award" in Northwest China. In the same year, the magic program "card skills" won the highest award "Golden Lion Award" from the Ministry of culture in the third national acrobatic and magic competition. At the same time, "card skills" program is also included in today's Chinese magic boutique.

1997年受国际魔术艺术家协会主席邀请，于6月抵达美国明尼苏达州参加第69届国际魔术精品大赛，并荣获国际“十佳”第七名。

Invited by the president of the International Association of magic artists in 1997, he arrived in Minnesota in June of the United States to participate in the 69th International Magic Competition, and won the seventh international "top ten" prize.

1998年7月至今受深圳华侨城欢乐谷旅游公司特聘，成为欢乐谷公司的首席魔术师，在主题晚会《欢乐MD》、《梦幻神曲》、《魔力玫瑰》和《魔幻之光》中任主演。

在担任欢乐谷公司首席魔术师期间，先后被评为欢乐谷、华侨城“青年岗位能手”、“先进个人”；被深圳市总工会评为“深圳市先进职工”；被共青团深圳市委员会、深圳市青年联合会授予“为深圳建设做出突出贡献鹏城青年成才”章；被深圳市政府评为“民族团结”先进个人奖。中国文联杂技艺术家协会第二届全国“金菊奖”担任评委。

During his tenure as chief magician of Happy Valley company, he was successively rated as "young post expert" and "advanced individual" in Happy Valley and overseas Chinese town; he was rated as "Shenzhen advanced worker" by Shenzhen Federation of trade unions; he was awarded the seal of "making outstanding contribution to Shenzhen construction" by Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and Shenzhen Youth Federation; and was rated as "nationality" by Shenzhen municipal government "Unity" advanced individual award. The second national "golden chrysanthemum Award" of acrobatic Artists Association of China Federation of literary and artistic circles served as the judge.

1999年参加了在香港举办的国际魔术比赛，荣获“国际银奖”。

In 1999, he participated in the International Magic Competition held in Hong Kong and won the "International Silver Award".

2000年10月中共深圳市委驻深圳单位工作委员会颁发的《与特区同辉煌》文艺汇报演出的节目《魔术表演》评为金奖。

In October 2000, the "magic performance" of the "same glory with the special zone" presented by the working committee of Shenzhen units of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee was awarded the gold medal.

2020年12月15日，在世界文联艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On December 15, 2020, he won the first place in the selection activity of "one star of the day" of the World Federation of literary and art artists.
