乐兴，中国网上电视台重庆慈善公益联合总会(采编)、华人卫视特别演员艺术团(演员)，荣获全国红色文化形象大使、红色文化宣传大使、红色文化宣传员光荣称号，世界文化艺术界联合会红色文化协会秘书长职务。

农历10月，初冬，习习北风“倒吹”着树枝！北方寒冷的冷风到了湿热的荣昌，变成赶跑秋老虎的清凉，满山青翠变成浓重墨绿。重庆市荣昌区古称昌州，有“海棠香国”之称。

南宋地理学家王象之在《舆地纪胜》里的《静南志》中提到：昌居万山间，地独宜海棠，邦人以其有香，颇敬重之，号海棠香国。 [3-4]  唐乾元二年始建昌元县，并成为昌州府州治所在地；明洪武七年，取昌州和荣州首字更名为荣昌县，寓“繁荣昌盛”；2015年6月，荣昌撤县设区。

Wang Xiangzhi, a geographer in the Southern Song Dynasty, mentioned in Jingnan Zhi in Yudi Jisheng that: Chang lived among the mountains, and the land was suitable for crabapple alone. The people of the state respected it for its fragrance, which was called "the country of crabapple fragrance". [3-4] Changyuan county was built in the second year of Qianyuan in Tang Dynasty and became the seat of Changzhou Prefecture Government; in the seventh year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, the first words of Changzhou and Rongzhou were taken and renamed as Rongchang County, which means "prosperity"; in June 2015, Rongchang County was removed from the district.

1971年，新中国恢复在联合国的合法席位，文革进行到白热化阶段，“红宝书（毛主席语录）”成为人手一本的不二法宝。同年11月23日，乐兴出生于荣昌区昌元镇。作为射手座的她人为人坦率，宽厚，待人真诚；注重文化修养，重视友情。

In 1971, new China regained its legal seat in the United Nations, and the Cultural Revolution was in its infancy. The "red book" (Chairman Mao's quotations) "became the magic weapon for everyone.
