“轻轻的我走了，正如我轻轻的来，挥一挥手，不带走一片云彩”用这首诗来形容著名收藏家成尔忠老师走的匆忙，不想打扰任何人，哪怕是生命的最后尽头，就这样悄无声息的走了，真是大爱无疆的师者！

"Gently I go, just like I come, wave my hand, don't take away a cloud." this poem describes the hurry of the famous collector, Mr. Cheng Erzhong, to leave without disturbing anyone, even if it's the last end of life, so quietly left, what a great teacher!

我只是一个88年的小女子，连收藏界的门都没有摸到，我的老师在世的时候教了我很多做人的大道理，让我一定要静定慧，不断的去悟！让我受益匪浅！老师身上的正直，高度，格局，胸怀深深的影响了我！

I'm just a little girl of 88 years. I haven't even touched the door of the collection world. My teacher taught me a lot of ways to be a human being when I was alive. I must be quiet, calm and wise, and constantly understand! I benefited a lot! The integrity, height, pattern and mind of the teacher deeply influenced me!

记得我在2018年的夏天有幸遇见了成尔忠老师,当时成老师经常批评我,指出我的缺点,我却一点点不生气,还经常请教他,一打电话就是1个多小时,老师对我非常的严厉,我现在想想真的太幸福了。

I remember that I was lucky to meet Mr. Cheng Erzhong in the summer of 2018. At that time, Mr. Cheng often criticized me and pointed out my shortcomings, but I was not angry at all. I often asked him for advice. A phone call was more than one hour. The teacher was very strict with me. Now I think it's really lucky.

他经常和师母等我一起吃饭,有一次等到中午1点多,让我特别的感动!成老师烧菜的手艺特别棒,煎的鸡蛋看到就想流口水,烧的鱼汤非常的好喝...... 快乐其实是种感觉！当你既尊重他人又重视他人的时候你换回来的是同等甚至更高的！老师和师母把我当成孩子一样等我一起吃饭、烧我爱吃的菜和爱喝的汤，给我灌输无价的学问，这就是幸福的感觉！生活不需要演绎，自然才是真正的美！

He often waited for me to have dinner with his teacher and mother. Once, when he waited for more than 1:00 at noon, I was particularly moved! Cheng's cooking skills were excellent. When he saw the fried eggs, he would like to drool. The fish soup was very delicious... Happiness is actually a feeling! When you respect others and value them, you change back to the same or higher! 成老师曾经告诉我,靠耍嘴皮的本领不叫本领，要弯下腰来多谦卑，低调做人，多学本领。我想是的，生命真正的桂冠到底是什么呢？答案在于，在命运的摆布之中，是否能重塑自己，在灰烬中重生!

当我有点成绩洋洋得意时，成老师严厉警示我；当我为了事业却顾不上家庭时，我的老师严格的批评了我；当我为了奋斗事业把自己搞得很累时，我的老师对我说了某大企业家的下场、累死也活该。让我要悠悠哉哉、开心快乐慢慢的成功。我的老师对我说:家庭经营不好的人，事业也绝对不会成功，就算成功也只是暂时的。

When I was a little complacent, Cheng teacher warned me severely; when I didn't care about my family for my career, my teacher criticized me severely; when I was very tired to fight for my career, my teacher told me the fate of a big entrepreneur, who was also dead tired. Let me be leisurely, happy and successful slowly. My teacher said to me: the family management is not good, the business will never succeed, even if the success is only temporary.

成老师对我没有过多的表扬，更多的是批评、警示和要求。我明白老师对我的期望值，我悄悄下定决心，绝不会辜负老师的培养。我要一身正气的做人做事！要不断的鞭策自己、总结自己！

Teacher Cheng didn't praise me too much, but criticized, warned and demanded more. I understand the teacher's expectations for me, and I quietly make up my mind that I will never fail the teacher's training. I want to live and work with integrity! We should constantly urge ourselves and summarize ourselves!

有朋友问:结果重要还是过程重要？成老师告诉我是过程重要！不断的学习，不断的完善自己，不断的总结！老师还告诉我:谁掌握了资源，谁就掌握了财富！与时俱进:要看地点、时间、人物、物质才能与时俱进，要天时、地利、人和！做什么事情要宽宏大量，与人有利、与己有利！大格局才能做大事，格局决定胜局！少说多做，文化扎到根上，内容为王，定好自己的角色！一句话、一瞬那、一件事、先付出、后回报！

A friend asked: is the result important or the process important? Cheng teacher told me it's process important! Continuous learning, continuous improvement of their own, continuous summary! The teacher also told me: who has mastered the resources, who has mastered the wealth! Keep pace with the times: it depends on the place, time, people and materials to keep pace with the times. 成老师还说：所有东西都超越不了文化！所谓文化，化是历史的、化是发展、化是解读文的内涵；文是历史的遗存，文是人类的灵魂！所以成老师教导我：想要做文化事业必须出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖......

Cheng teacher also said: all things can not surpass culture! 成老师也说过大事不在忙中取，三十年前平台为王，三十年后内容为王！为中华民族伟大复兴而不懈奋斗！老师教导我要根基扎实的走下去，把自己的深度提高！提炼自己！不要急于求成，稳扎稳打！将文化事业进行到底！让文化传承下去！
