▲尹温国

尹温国的爷爷，是民国时期的人。从小拜师读儒书，对儒释道三家文化领悟颇深，因素喜清净，对世间万物长存善念，自觉习性与佛家文化更为接近，因此自觉与佛门有缘。正所谓头顶三尺有神明，佛渡有缘人。尹温国爷爷长大后，时值乱世之秋，神州大地硝烟弥漫，民不聊生，机缘巧合之下，得以入寺礼佛诵经，在庙里谋了一份差事。

Yin Wenguo's grandfather was born in the period of the Republic of China. Since I was a child, I have learned from Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and other three cultures. I like to be pure and have good thoughts on all things in the world. My conscious habits are closer to the Buddhist culture, so I am conscious of my affinity with Buddhism. It is said that there are gods in three feet above the head, and there are predestined people in Buddha ferry. When Grandpa Yin Wenguo grew up, it was the autumn of troubled times. The land of Shenzhou was filled with gunpowder, and the people were bored. By chance, they were able to enter the temple to worship the Buddha and chant sutras, and got a job in the temple.

混乱时代里，天灾人祸无常。世人无力摆脱现实世界里遭受的诸般艰难困苦、爱恨磨难，自然而然寄希望于神明，在担惊受怕中，从宗教文化里寻求一些能让内心得到慰藉的精神力量。达官贵人烧香拜佛求荣华富贵，平常百姓焚香叩头求平安健康，善男信女在名山古刹间络绎不绝。

In the age of chaos, natural disasters and man-made disasters are impermanent. The world is unable to get rid of all the hardships, love and hate in the real world. Naturally, it depends on the gods. In fear and fear, it seeks some spiritual strength from religious culture that can give comfort to the heart. Dignitaries burn incense to worship Buddha for glory and wealth. Ordinary people burn incense to kowtow for safety and health. There are many good men and faithful women in famous ancient temples.

小时候，爷爷对尹温国讲过去的经历。在寺庙里供职期间，认识很多国民党的高级将领，他们都是尹温国爷爷的老乡，私交甚厚。解放战争时期，国民党败退台湾以前，他们慕名而来，特地跑到寺庙里向尹温国爷爷求签，临别之际，送尹温国爷爷古董瓷器表达深厚情谊。长此以往，爷爷收藏了为数不少的古董瓷器。

When I was a child, my grandfather told Yin Wenguo about his past experience. While working in the temple, I knew many senior generals of the Kuomintang. They were all the hometown of Yin Wenguo's grandfather and had a very close personal relationship. During the period of the liberation war, before the Kuomintang's defeat in Taiwan, they came to the temple to ask Yin Wenguo's grandfather for a autograph. When they left, they sent Yin Wenguo's antique porcelain to express their deep friendship.  In the long run, grandpa has a large collection of antique porcelain.

在这些前来求签的人中，有从五台山过来的蒋介石，求个签，40签；新中国成立后，毛主席和周恩来总理，也曾到寺庙中焚香祷告，拜佛求签。尹温国爷爷一直干到了80岁，90岁走不动，后两年就没有太多的过去。因此就在这个佛殿里，青田县周围一带的，但凡有重大的事情都求他，陈诚就是青田人，老蒋把他当做亲兄弟一样对待。

Among those who came to ask for autographs were Chiang Kai-shek from Mount Wutai, who asked for autographs, 40 autographs. After the founding of new China, Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou Enlai also went to temples to burn incense and pray and worship Buddha. Grandpa Yin Wenguo has been working until he is 80 years old. He can't walk when he is 90 years old. There is not much past in the next two years. Therefore, in this Buddhist temple, around Qingtian County, Chen Cheng is from Qingtian, and Jiang treats him as his own brother.

尹温国的堂伯跟随国民党到了台湾以后，也是大官，功成身退后含笑九泉。

When Yin Wenguo's cousin followed the Kuomintang to Taiwan, he was also a senior official, and he retired with a smile.

1954年4月16日，尹温国出生于浙江省青田县。青田县有“九山半水半分田”“中国石都世界青田”之称；历史悠久，更拥有“石雕之乡、华侨之乡、名人之乡”的美誉；还拥有世界农业遗产——青田稻鱼共生系统，青田石是四大国石之首，女娲补天的遗石，封门青是三大印章之首。

On April 16, 1954, Yin Wenguo was born in Qingtian County, Zhejiang Province. Qingtian County has the name of "nine mountains, half water, half farmland" and "China's stone capital, the world's green farmland"; it has a long history, and also has the reputation of "the hometown of stone carving, overseas Chinese, and celebrities"; it also has the world agricultural heritage, the rice fish symbiosis system in Qingtian, the first stone in the four major countries, the stone left by Nuwa to fill the sky, and the green seal is the first of the three seals.

1972年，成年后的尹温国参加工作；1977年在温州市运输公司工作；1985年，因工作表现出色，被调到这个运管局工作；与此同时，因为工作需要，被调到公安部门，工作时长一年多；在发改委，工作长达三年。最后，尹温国在运管局退休。

In 1972, Yin Wenguo, an adult, took part in the work; in 1977, he worked in Wenzhou transportation company; in 1985, he was transferred to this Transportation Bureau because of his outstanding performance; at the same time, he was transferred to the public security department for more than one year because of his work needs; in the national development and Reform Commission, he worked for three years. Finally, Yin Wenguo retired from the transportation administration.

在不同的工作岗位上，尹温国担任过不同的工作任务，扮演过不同的工作角色，历任突击队，工作队队长，在计划生育、夏粮征收、一打双反等国家政策落实行动中都担任组长，队长，负责人等临时职务。

In different positions, Yin Wenguo has taken on different tasks and played different roles. He has successively served as the leader of commandos and task forces, as well as temporary positions such as leader, team leader, and person in charge in the implementation of national policies such as family planning, summer grain levy, one dozen and two strikes.

非典时期，尹温国任温州市吊西进口负责人，由于工伤，没有具体干长任职务，怕自已累生病，不能胜任，最后五十岁就按排尹温国帶新休息，还是组织上特别照顾到退休，

During the period of SARS, Yin Wenguo was appointed as the import director of diaoxi, Wenzhou City. Due to work-related injuries, he didn't have a specific job as a long-term manager. He was afraid that he was tired and ill, and he couldn't do it. At the end of his fifty years old, he was given a new rest in accordance with Yin Wenguo's belt, or he took special organizational care of his retirement,

退休后的尹温国专心研读文化艺术品古文物著作，对艺术品古董有了研究收藏机会。从小在爷爷和父亲等长辈的传承影响下，尹温国对收藏有一定基础，退休后从事收藏艺术活动，断断续续长达四五十年，也可以说是子承祖业。所以，在瓷器，高古玉器鉴定上有独到见解，经常听到有人夸尹温国：尹温国说是什么年代的器物，没有人能改变尹温国作出的结论。

After retiring, Yin Wenguo concentrated on studying cultural works and antiques, and had the opportunity to research and collect them. As a child, Yin Wenguo had a certain foundation for collection under the influence of his grandfather, father and other elders. After retirement, he was engaged in collection art activities, which lasted for 40 or 50 years intermittently. Therefore, there are unique opinions on the identification of porcelain and high ancient jade, and people often hear praises of Yin Wenguo: what time is Yin Wenguo's saying of artifacts, and no one can change the conclusions made by Yin Wenguo.

2020年4月，尹温国加入世界文化艺术界联合会，担任亚洲收藏协会副主席兼秘书长。

In April 2020, Yin Wenguo joined the World Federation of cultural and art circles as vice chairman and Secretary General of the Asian Collection Association.

在尹温国的藏品中，藏有宋代五大名窑上千件，一套套，其中月白釉十八罗汉这套是目前比较珍贵的。它高达四十多公分，在收藏界并不多见。元、明、清珐琅彩，元青花，明永宣，成化等藏品数千件，精品不计其数。

Among Yin Wenguo's collections, there are thousands of famous kilns in the Song Dynasty, one set, of which the 18 Arhats with moon white glaze are more precious at present. It is as high as 40 centimeters, which is rare in the collection industry. There are thousands of collections of yuan, Ming and Qing enamel, Yuan blue and white, Ming Yongxuan, Chenghua and so on, with countless boutiques.
